We can't say enough good things about Atel and the outstanding service we received from Brian and his team. My husband and I had just arrived at Cherry Hill Park Campground in MD when we discovered a serious hydraulic fluid (AW46) leak that affected our power steering—making it nearly impossible to drive or steer our RV. After a quick online search, we found Atel nearby and gave them a call. Brian answered right away, was incredibly kind and attentive, and told us to bring it in by 10 a.m. (he'd fit us in) so he could take a look immediately. We managed to top off the fluid and drive the 5 miles to Atel, only for it to burst again as soon as we parked. True to his word, Brian got our 2023 Newmar Mountain Aire on the lift and began working on it right away. By the end of the day, he let us know he wanted to keep it overnight for a test drive the next morning to ensure there were no further leaks—and he did exactly that. To top it all off, Brian personally delivered our RV back to the campground once the job was done. What started out as a stressful and uncertain situation was completely turned around thanks to Atel's professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent service. This was by far the best RV service experience we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Atel to anyone in need of trustworthy and timely RV repair. Thank you again, Brian and team! You helped us get back on the road safely and stress-free. Jessica & Gregg

What can I say about ATEL but they are the best! I own a small TV production company out of Wisconsin and have a fleet vehicle in the DC area. After working with the local dealership I found that I was not getting the customer service I should be getting. That's where ATEL and Brian came into play. He has done what a business owner would do for a customer. (TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE) I can call him and bring either my ProMaster or Sprinter in and I know the right service will be done. They go over the van as if it was their own vehicle and do the right thing. They will tell you wha is wrong and what it needs. They are thorough and in my opinion the best in the business. I have a custom studio built into my vans and they will work on everything, where the auto dealerships will tell you they won't. I can not brag enough on how great ATEL is, and I can say I would not be in business unless I found them to work on my vans. They keep my vans/business going and in top notch condition so I can provide the best service for my clients. Thank you so much Brian and ATEL for everything you do for the Snap 180 Media vans and I will always bring my vehicles to you. Chris Owner Snap 180 Media

So glad that I found Brian and his team at ATEL. They have been servicing my Mercedes sprinter diesel 3500 for over two years. They have been able to fix all the little things the dealership couldn’t. They were very helpful in making sure that they submitted repair bills to my manufacturer for warranty items. It’s so helpful to have a dealership that has a good relationship and is trusted by manufacturers. Once you meet Brian and his team, you will realize that you’re in good hands. Their shop is immaculate and they work on everything from small RVs all the way up to rockstar buses. They are even selected by the state of Maryland to repair all of their equipment that they cannot do in house. Highly recommend.

Today I come to the place and trying to alignment my shuttle bus2003 e450. They check the vehicle to do the alignment, was bearing loose they call inspection charge me $225 To ajust the bearing another $225 Alignment $600 I pay only the inspection and run a way from them. Is too expensive price. I know this a busyness place, but charge real price guys .

Brian and his team at ATEL are fantastic. I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had when it comes to having mechanical work done. Professional, competent, honest and reliable. Everything you look for in a business servicing your buses, trucks and RVs. 100% recommend.

This is going to be a great review - but in the form of a long-ish story. Having rented an RV in the middle of 2020 to rescue my mother-in-law stuck in Florida, during the pandemic - it turned out to be a-better-than-expected-experience. Before I knew it, my wife was scouring Craigslist and RVTrader ready to convince me that we needed our own RV. Of course, I did not want to buy a used (or new) RV and of course, that had no bearing on the fact that I found myself buying a used 2002 Minnie Winnie from a lovely family from Alaska who had lived in it for the past year and a half and had found themselves on the eastern shore of Maryland ready to move to a boat full time. The unit was meticulously maintained and immaculately clean - with only 71K miles, even though it was 18 years old. Next was the task of state inspection and a thorough check up. My wife had been looking around and had come across ATELs - and initially spoke with Oscar, with whom she quickly built a rapport. We brought the RV in for the work required by the inspection company (Miller Automotive Service which was right around the block). They performed that work - we got the unit re-inspected at Miller (it passed) - and then brought it back to ATELs for additional work. During this time, we got to know the owner of ATELs - Brian - and it was pretty clear that we were all peas in a pod. He loves RVs and Trucks. He loves his team. He was fanatical about following safety protocols during the pandemic. And he enjoyed talking with us about everything under the sun - but especially to give us tips and tricks as we were brand new RV owners. Here’s where I’ll take a break and state the obvious - buying an RV whether new or used - is an expensive endeavor. An RV is like a boat, but with wheels. And “boat” jokingly stands for “Break out another thousand.” Our RV was 18 years old. It was nice and clean and drove nicely. But it still needed work. By the way - there’s the “Truck Part” and there’s the “House Part.” Each has their own systems and you need technicians who know how to find problems and then fix them. So - none of this was cheap - because when you have someone working on your RV that’s been doing this for 10-15-20 years - you need to pay for that expertise. Our first trip was to take my Mother-in-law back to Florida for the winter. The RV drove beautifully. It’s built on a Ford E450 chassis - and my understanding is that this is an excellent foundation. We had some newbie issues on the way down and I called Brian. Brian checked in with me continuously. We even did a Google Meet call on my phone - so I could point the camera at the issue and he could provide pointers. As someone in the IT Profession, I found it funny that I was on the receiving end of technical support instead of providing it. Brian would not rest until he was satisfied that we were good to go. And that sealed the deal. I highly recommend ATEL Bus and Truck Service Center because of the excellent service we received. I also encourage you to communicate with Brian and watch and manage your expenses. Some items need to be fixed right now. Some items, that aren’t safety related, might be able to wait. Set and communicate your expectations and work with Brian - and he will work with you. You're going to need a place to bring your RV back to - year after year. If you have a good relationship with that place - it will work for everyone involved.

ATEL Bus & Truck Service Center provided my wife and I very good professional service. Brian Connolly and his team listen carefully to our requests and answered all of questions. Brian was honest and shared his insight and knowledge about our RV. We are first time buyers so he was helpful in explaining things about the RV that we didn’t know about. It makes you feel good that Brian and his team are knowledgeable along with excellent customer service. Thank you so much. We will be using ATEL for any future service needs. Brian and his team are fantastic. They are extremely thorough and attentive, and they handle problems that others cannot. When you arrive at their facility, you will see smaller RVs, buses, and extremely high end motorhomes. There is a reason why . . .they're great. I recommend them highly.

One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had was dealing with this particular establishment. We entrusted them with our bus over four months ago, hoping to receive an estimate for repair and an evaluation of its value. Our intention was to see if purchase a new bus was a better option, if the cost of repairs exceed the bus's worth, which it did. Unfortunately, we received no communication from them for months, prompting our team to reach out and inquire about the status. To our surprise, we were presented with an invoice totaling $5,000 for repairs on the bus, which we never authorized. When I requested evidence of authorization for the repairs, they claimed it was unnecessary, as they had never received written consent for any work. Our team went to retrieve the bus, only to be told that no repairs had been made and that it was inoperable. Upon my arrival, they insisted that we also pay the invoice for another bus that belonged to a different school and had been sitting there for three years. Despite my attempts to explain that the bus was not ours, they were unwilling to listen. It seems that legal action may be necessary. I strongly advise you to steer clear of these dishonest individuals, and if, for any reason, you find yourself dealing with them, be prepared for them to take liberties with your vehicle without your consent.
