🔐The red arrows show metal flakes from the lock spindle dragging on the lock case. The dial was loose and had a lot of play due to the wear from the improper lock installation. This would have eventually led to a costly lockout situation. ATC repaired the issue by cutting the lock spindle to the correct length allowing for the dial to be tightened and correctly installed.
