At Your Door Mobile Pet Grooming

Hands down best mobile service I have used. My 9lb Chihuahua is not good riding in cars , so the best option for us is the mobile service. I’ve used several throughout the years. This was awesome. She showed up early, she made me feel like she had everything under control and Peanut had her teeth, glands , washed dried and nails done in 35min. Very reasonably priced and I will absolutely be going through this service only from now on.

The service was excellent. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. The groomer was combatant contact with me and even arrived early. She was very nice and was gently towards my dog. My dog is older and has few warts on her body but the groomer was able to work still able to perform services and worked with me to ensure my dog minnie was clean and comfortable. As you can see from the before and after pictures, she did a wonderful job. Will definitely be using their services again in the future

We’ve used this company a few times for our extra large fur baby and they’ve always been great with her. They’re always timely, communicate well and share their knowledge about any issues with our dog, such as her severe allergies. If you’re like me, busy and maybe don’t prefer a dirty dog in your car, choose this place who will come to you and get your dog cleaned up without sacrificing your car!

Extremely disappointed with the level of service. Booked 2 dogs to be shaved and fully groomed. One dog was completed but the second dog was not groomed, nails not clipped, not shaved and had only been sprayed. The groomer said it was because the dog was anxious. I asked the groomer to take both dogs together but they refused as it would stop either dog being anxious. The previous groomer groomed took both dogs together and did a good job. I believe the groomer could not be bothered to work due to it being 5pm on a Sunday and kept saying I could not do 2 dogs due to not having a helper. Funny since the last groomer did not have a problem working with 2 dogs on his own. The company still charged for work on the second dog when nothing was done. The company called back at a later time and just made loads of excuses. This companies customer service sucks. Definitely never use this company again.

At Your Door is amazing. They cut and washed my 2 y/o Golden Retriever and did a great job. Despite my dog being a bit energetic and having a strong aversion to having his nails trimmed, Jonathan and his crew managed to do the full grooming, including nail grinding. It was obvious they truly care about dogs. Highly recommend!

I have had a great experience using Brittany R and would recommend her all day long. We are still working on my fur baby’s haircut, but I appreciate her working with me to make it perfect.

I've only ever had top notch service for my Poodle's grooming. She was coming home from other groomers acting anxious and stressed, but not with these groomers. Everybody I have had is great. Prices are comparable to drop off groomers and so much more convenient. Really happy I found this mobile groomer. I've recommended them to all my family with dogs!

Highly Recommend - At your Door Mobile Pet Grooming - Natalie is amazing and will work with your schedule. She goes up and beyond for her clients. I would recommend her to all my friends and family who have a fur baby. Our dog loves her as well and super comfortable. He use to be scared of others but I can tell he is very comfortable with Natalie by now. We see her every other week and she is always a delight and will listen to your exact instructions and will give feedback for next time.

The worse service i have ever experienced. Initially i thought it would be very convenient to have the groomer come to our home but the service was absolutely terrible. They cut my dog's ear and didn't take accountability for their actions. The groomer and the rest of the team was unapologetic and was even making fun of our frustration. They didn't care at all and even kept denying that it was their fault. The groomer kept insisting of not knowing how her ear started bleeding. I'd never wish this upon any other. DON'T BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!!!
