They located the small hole in the copper pipe under the floorboards and fixed it without causing additional damage to the surrounding area. The team worked efficiently, cleaned up after the repair, and ensured there were no further leaks before closing everything back up. Emergency call out for a leaking toilet causing water ingress to the ceiling below. Also found a leak under the kitchen sink. All fixed on the day which included the engineer having to pop out to get a part. Used shows covers and left everything clean amd tidy. Would highly recommend.

Company arrived promptly to unblock toilet for 95 year old friend on Sunday. It was expensive but needed done ASAP, as she could not have been left overnight without facilities.

Absolutely amazing,i rang this morning get a appointment for 4pm ,the plumber we had i cant remember his name but he was from Moldova ,what a lovely man ,he arrived early,,he fixed my electric shower nothing was to much to ask ,he is disabled friendly and understanding of his clients needs ,he showed me and explained everything i needed to know going forward,i thought the price was fair for same day fix and the time he was here ,very clean as well ,worn shoe coverings and left the bathroom tidy and clean , communication was excellent,i would recommend this company and will use them again , he was a credit to his company
