I went to the Jewellery Quarter with a fairly clear idea of what I wanted. Before an appointment I had already booked, I dropped into Astella and was greeted by Charlotte, and straight from the off it was a brilliant experience. She listened to everything I was looking for and was incredibly helpful in showing me the options they had available. I went back later that day with my fiancée’s sister and, again, the whole process was so friendly that I knew Astella were the right people to buy from. We found the perfect diamond in the cut and size I was after, and the team at Astella made up the ring. Around a month later it was ready to collect. Charlotte kept me updated throughout the entire process and was so helpful whenever I had questions. From start to finish, it was an exceptional experience, and I couldn’t recommend Astella highly enough. We’ll definitely be heading back for our wedding bands next year. I cannot recommend Astella enough. An incredible experience from the moment we randomly walked in the door whilst looking for somewhere to get my engagement ring from. My fiancé proposed with a stand in silver ring knowing that I’d love to get a custom one made. We had a wonderful appointment where we were able to design my dream ring. I wanted an aquamarine stone at the centre as we got engaged in Cornwall and we love spending time by the sea. We chose to compliment the stone with diamonds set in platinum. The focus of the appointment was about creating the dream design first and then from there changes can be made for all budgets. We both loved the sales approach which was not pushy in any way. We felt zero pressure and like the wonderful team loved creating the dream for us. We also bought both our wedding rings and some stunning earrings which were custom made to match my engagement ring. I had such a wonderful experience with Astella in Birmingham. From the very beginning Sunny made the whole process feel personal and stress-free. I went in no idea of what I wanted so I tried on a number of pieces, I was never rushed. The team guided me through every step, showing me different options, explaining the difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds. We visited Astella a few weeks ago as we were looking to upgrade my current wedding/ engagement ring. The shop is gorgeous and the staff were welcoming. We dealt with Adam, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - he explained the various types of diamonds, shapes, cuts etc. and made the process enjoyable, easy, and pressure-free. Nothing was too much to ask and we felt really comfortable. I can’t wait to pick up my new rings in a few weeks, thank you again for such a great experience.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Astella and what an experience we have had! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking, Sunny really looked after us. He took his time to explain the details to look out for in a diamond ring and to ensure that I got the most for my money. Absolutely incredible service! I stumbled into Astella with no idea what to get, as my significant other has never been one for jewellery. Charlotte was the most informative, empathetic, and helpful person you could hope to meet—she talked me through everything one should consider when buying an engagement ring and made the whole process feel effortless. In the end, I opted for a proposal ring to pop the question while we were on holiday, with the plan to return and choose the engagement ring together. When we came back, the staff were just as welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable as before. They genuinely took the time to hear our story and make the experience special. Exceptional experience at Astella. I went in with an idea of a ring that I want to propose to my girlfriend with and I was helped out by Matthew and Rose. They helped me pick the perfect ring and it was well within my budget too. I would highly recommend because she said yes and everyone we know absolutely loves the ring. From the moment you walk into the stunning store- you feel the warmth of the staff. With a friendly welcome and supportive smiles nothing is too much. Sunny was an absolute delight and made me feel completely at ease about my ring choices.
