I hired them to tow my truck to my mechanic. They towed it backwards and the tonneau cover ripped off. We contacted them about replacing and taking care of the damage. They said they are not responsible for it. I hope they didn’t cause an accident on the highway when that happened. I do not recommend and now I will have to go through my insurance to get me truck back to whole. Thank you but no thank you. Buyer beware!!!

I recently had to have my truck towed to a collision repair place after an accident. While the company was 2 days later than originally estimated for the pickup, I am still giving them 5 stars because their communication and professionalism were outstanding. They kept me updated, and the driver was incredibly professional and careful with my truck. Despite the delay, the service was excellent, and I would absolutely use them again.
