Make a sure if they have to take your forklift back to their facility that you realize you pay that day since they don’t disclose that nor call you with the actual price. The technician that couldn’t fix it our place didn’t mention that either & we have always received a bill that is net 30 days. Of course we assumed again because nobody said otherwise or actually told us the total cost until just an estimate that you have to pay that day instead of being billed like usual. Again nobody thought out the whole process mentioned this. Then the owner is quick to scream & threaten storage charges. Just a small business & it’s a lot of money to come up with in a very short time but no problem we made it happen. Just would have been nice to know up front especially being a small business in the slower season. Again communication is key when you have to call to find out the total & the lady on the phone admits it’s her fault for not calling you in the first place with the actual total. Then you find out you have to pay that day again instead of being billed like usual when they fix it at your own facility. The brand new tech could not for some reason. No customer service even with a misunderstanding. Not sure how we would know a policy existed if our forklift has never had to be fixed other than at our facility. Never gave you a bad check in our history of working with you or the bank would have contacted us. Let’s add lying to the review as well. Why would we be billed every other time you came here? Why would you continue to service us? Makes perfect sense. I will put a copy of every single check ever sent to you. Again you still worked with us after we sent you a bad check & were late on so many payments. Again really makes sense. I’m just glad we found another honest company to work with amazing customer service. Your own employee talked horrible about the company. Again if it was explained up front maybe we could have planned accordingly. We have no problem paying for services. We also pay on time. Again why you continue to work with us?The forklift was paid off awhile ago so if these issues were happening why would you continue to The issue is it was never done before so why would we know this unless someone communicated. It would be great to know about these returned checks & late payments too. Have a lovely day! .
