Make a sure if they have to take your forklift back to their facility that you realize you pay that day since they don’t disclose that nor call you with the actual price. The technician that couldn’t fix it our place didn’t mention that either & we have always received a bill that is net 30 days. Of course we assumed again because nobody said otherwise or actually told us the total cost until just an estimate that you have to pay that day instead of being billed like usual. Again nobody thought out the whole process mentioned this. Then the owner is quick to scream & threaten storage charges. Just a small business & it’s a lot of money to come up with in a very short time but no problem we made it happen. Just would have been nice to know up front especially being a small business in the slower season. Again communication is key when you have to call to find out the total & the lady on the phone admits it’s her fault for not calling you in the first place with the actual total. Then you find out you have to pay that day again instead of being billed like usual when they fix it at your own facility. The brand new tech could not for some reason. No customer service even with a misunderstanding. Not sure how we would know a policy existed if our forklift has never had to be fixed other than at our facility. Never gave you a bad check in our history of working with you or the bank would have contacted us. Let’s add lying to the review as well. Why would we be billed every other time you came here? Why would you continue to service us? Makes perfect sense. I will put a copy of every single check ever sent to you. Again you still worked with us after we sent you a bad check & were late on so many payments. Again really makes sense. I’m just glad we found another honest company to work with amazing customer service. Your own employee talked horrible about the company. Again if it was explained up front maybe we could have planned accordingly. We have no problem paying for services. We also pay on time. Again why you continue to work with us?The forklift was paid off awhile ago so if these issues were happening why would you continue to The issue is it was never done before so why would we know this unless someone communicated. It would be great to know about these returned checks & late payments too. Have a lovely day! .

When we bought a used Yale Stacker at auction, I took it directly to AFI to have it checked and serviced. They recovered the dead batteries, replaced a seal and relay, lubed and function tested. After they delivered it we put it in service immediately. Great Job!

After months of extensive research, I recently purchased a new HELI forklift and received prompt excellent service. I am very pleased with my purchase.

After 3 months of trying to find a decent Heli dealer, I came across Associated Forklift. Unlike the 6 previous Heli dealers I've dealt with, the people here are kind, helpful and consistent. They don't drop the ball like all of the other dealers do. They get things done, they are kind and very easy to deal with over the phone. No attitudes, excuses or anything. Just a very kind group of people and I hope to do more business with them moving forward.

Called multiple repair companies to get some repairs done on my lift truck. most said its not worth fixing, several gave me outlandish estimates. Even though Associated Forklifts was located a good distance from me, I gave them a call. Super job, picked up my old tired leaking lift truck, two days later - its back. New piston seals all around, new brakes, no more puddles on my floor, runs, lifts and stops like a new one. Professional, friendly, competent, very reasonable price charged for pick-up, delivery, parts and labor. I will call them the very next time I need any work done on my lift truck. Highly recommended

Being in the Harrisburg market I've tried most forklift companies around this area, which are quite a few. 14+ years ago I decided to try Associated Forklift, boy I'm glad I did. They are by far the best one I have dealt with. Whether it be PM's or service calls I always get outstanding service & in a timely fashion. The mechanics are very knowledgeable of all the different kind of forklifts I have. Till this day they have been the only company I've used since I first started using them.

Associated Forklift Inc went out of their way to support our local non-profit, Cumberland Valley Animal Assistance Program. During relief preparation, our pallet jack stopped working, and we were in dire need of a replacement. They had everything we needed in stock. When I walked in to purchase a new pallet jack, they were waiting for me and provided a brand new electric pallet jack at no cost in support of our missions. I left feeling like family and a huge burden was lifted from my shoulders. Their donation allowed us to purchase even more items to transport to those struggling in Kentucky and their donation will be used to support our local pet food pantry. I couldn’t speak more highly about them, their work ethic, and their friendliness. They even took the time to give me suggestions in what to look for during our search for a forklift and what to avoid.

Associated Forklift is very responsive and react to service requests quickly. Their tech are also very good at fixing the issue, no repeat problems. They also go the extra mile for special requests or problems. I have used many forklift service companies in the past 20 years, Associated is the best.

Very Professional company to work with. The Used Forklift I bought from them has been a dream. They are easy to work with.
