We booked Jeremy via another plumber and wow weren't we lucky. My elderly Mother had drainage issues at her home and was putting up with it as she was reluctant to call a plumber, by far the best l have seen for years. Jeremy was a life saver responding to a toilet emergency at our house. Our entire toilet had flooded which turned out to be a huge blocked pipe.. Jeremy was really lovely .. he worked through the issues and didn’t add to our stress by dramatising the issue..
