I have never experienced unprofessionalism at this level at any message establishment in my life before. To start it wasn’t to my knowledge that this wasn’t an actual office, the communication about this was off. the same room that the massage is given in is the same dwelling as the entrance itself so when I walked in I accidentally walked in on someone’s session which was awkward not only for me but for the person receiving the massage. There are no signs that’s give warning to this so make SURE you have an appointment. Another thing is the lady I had talked about politics, China, and how selfish and bossy America is for the first 15 minutes of my 30 minute massage which made me very uncomfortable and I didn’t feel relaxed of appreciated as a customer. Another thing she did was was me “how many kids do you want? 8??” Now why would you say something like that? She then goes on to talk about Harris and at this point I truly believe she was displaying a racial bias toward me because of my biracial ethnicity. Further more she has no knowledge of my political views and to assume I have anything to do with the Harris campaign or to try to gaslight me into becoming upset when she has no idea who I even voted for is absolutely disgusting and I felt so disrespected. The last straw for me is when she was standing by my right side near my head and ripped a big one…yes that’s right..this lady forcefully ripped a huge fart and then told me she ate too much vegetables. I am DISGUSTED! I don’t know WHERE she is from or what she thinks is okay but here in Tennessee I have lived here all my life and as a person of COLOR I have never been treated with such disrespect. Never. Not even by white people. I have never experienced such hateful acts. After the massage she kept saying I was pretty and I was on my way but it dwelled on me for the remainder of the day. I gave you all my business and I paid you all for a service and this is how you think Americans run their businesses and treat each other here in good ole Tennessee? This is pathetic. Your racist response of a lengthy criminal record is all I needed to see to file a formal complaint. I can’t wait for you to get sued. Merry Christmas

Therapist did not know what she was doing. Movements were quick compressions and when using her forearms to glide up my erector spinea muscles she would hit me in the back of the head. She elbowed me in the spine a few times, it honestly felt more abusive than relaxing... I am a massage therapy educator. Competition? lol Funny how this post is 4 years old and you are still commenting on it... Hopefully that shows how bad of a therapist you are... I have been to other therapist in the area who are much better. They dont climb up on the table and sit on you while giving a massage. Be happy I didnt turn you in to the board. Edit to owner-(6.16.25) I have better things to do than slander horrible therapists. You should have ur license revoked!
