I take a lot of pride in my yard. I mow two to three times a week and, for over four years, I’ve been the only one handling fertilizing, aerating, top dressing, and leveling. It’s a lot of work, and I never felt comfortable trusting anyone else to manage it — until I spoke with Erin. Erin patiently answered all of my (many) questions and even provided resources for services they don’t directly offer. Every contact she shared has been just as helpful, which immediately built my confidence in their team. Bradyn serviced my yard for the first time on Saturday, 2/7. Before starting, he called with concerns about areas of my yard that weren’t fully dormant yet. After talking it through with me and his supervisor, we decided to proceed with the pre-emergent. Bradyn could have easily just done what he was dispatched to do, but instead he showed genuine care by calling and explaining his concerns first. Because of that attention to detail and professionalism, I truly feel like my yard is in great hands — and at a very fair price.

Great company who does great work. After using them for three year we were lured away by a promise of better pricing (It wasn’t). After 6 months & we came back. With Aston Walden, I know when my yard is treated & the customer service is top notch.

Ashton Walden is amazing! Our yard has never looked better! We tried using weed killer and turf builder we purchased from home improvement stores, but no matter how hard we tried, we just couldn’t get the same results. The techs at Ashton Walden are professional, courteous, and so helpful! They are also great about keeping our sweet fur babies in our back yard we they come to perform lawn services. AW Turf services worked with my specific issues and sent a technician out to remeasure my property to provide an appropriate pricing, which no other company offered to do, while I was entertaining many companies proposals. That alone helped me choose AW Turf services. Then they started serving my yard yesterday and the technician spent at least 45 minutes informing us of what they were doing to address our specific issues and concerns. Then the technician worked to address our yards specific issues. I’m highly impressed with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Lubbock community.

We’ve been using this company for weed and mosquito spraying, and it’s made a big difference. Our yard looks great and the mosquitoes are way more under control. Trace is our technician and he always does an awesome job—super thorough and reliable. Highly recommend!
