I take a lot of pride in my yard. I mow two to three times a week and, for over four years, I’ve been the only one handling fertilizing, aerating, top dressing, and leveling. It’s a lot of work, and I never felt comfortable trusting anyone else to manage it — until I spoke with Erin. Erin patiently answered all of my (many) questions and even provided resources for services they don’t directly offer. Every contact she shared has been just as helpful, which immediately built my confidence in their team. Bradyn serviced my yard for the first time on Saturday, 2/7. Before starting, he called with concerns about areas of my yard that weren’t fully dormant yet. After talking it through with me and his supervisor, we decided to proceed with the pre-emergent. Bradyn could have easily just done what he was dispatched to do, but instead he showed genuine care by calling and explaining his concerns first. Because of that attention to detail and professionalism, I truly feel like my yard is in great hands — and at a very fair price.
