All around our experience with Ashley Furniture in Cheyenne, WY was wonderful! From Luna assisting us in the design warehouse picking out the perfect couch, all the way to Cody and Detrick delivering it smoothly to our apartment complex. We are military, and the sales manager, Ariana, was willing to work with us and give us a loaner couch till ours arrived. She was very empathic and said she knows how rough it is to move a bunch with the military and never have furniture. It was a very interesting concept (loaning furniture) and we hope more places adopt this approach. When we ended up falling in love with the loaner couch (whoops!) they were super accommodating in getting us the second half, they even threw in free delivery when there was some confusion on the color. Luna was super helpful throughout this process in making sure all our needs were met with picking out the perfect couch for our new space. She’s so helpful and knowledgeable! Cody and Detrick were pros when it came to moving and navigating our large couch throughout our apartment complex and tight spaces. They truly made it look effortless- even lifting the couch above their head at one point. They made sure everything was set up and looking good in our living room, while also being extremely fast. All in all we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience and we HIGHLY recommend!

Ashley has been amazing. We were out trting to find a Big guy chair. Most places have a weight limit. We were glad to hear that they don't. Anna was helpful and let us wonder and do our thinking with no pressure. We had to wait almost a month for it to show up. Donald and Detrick deluvered it with professionalism and courtesy on time and put the chair where we wanted it. We drove up to Cheyenne from West Denver and they were so helpful. Wil be back when time to buy something else.

We love our new Larce sectional from Ashley Furniture! Anna and the other associates were very helpful in helping us choose a sectional for our basement. This sectional is comfortable for the whole family and fits the space perfectly! Cody and Kenny also did a great job with delivery and setup. Overall, a great experience!

We had such great experience with Ashley furniture delivery experts Donald and Cody. They were extremely professional and careful in our brand new home setting up the furniture exactly how we asked it to be and made sure there was no mess and that we were happy! Outstanding customer service and care.

We ordered our couch from the website and everything went incredibly smoothly. Scheduling and communication was excellent and we were thrilled with the overall process. Our first delivery of our sofa and love seat was amazing. We had Donald and Detrick out and they were so professional and respectful. So much so, that they noticed one of our ends to the sofa was mismatched and not matching the other 3. (Older version of the same couch) the notified us and explained immediately that they would be able to swap those out so it would all match. One phone call to the office and the new piece was ordered. It did take two weeks to get the new chair, but the delivery was again so quick and they came and took the old one out and put the new one in. This time around we had Detrick and Anthony deliver the second piece and they were wonderful. They took extra time to make sure everything was exactly matching the way it should and everything was completely functional and to our liking. Extremely satisfied with the entire process and the couch over all!

Excellent experience from start to finish in purchasing my new dining set. I was always kept in the loop with the texting service. Kenny and Cody did a great job on delivery day. Prompt and quickly finished setting up the table. They were very professional and courteous. Thank you!
