Have you had to replace the heating element in your clothes dryer? This customer called because the heating element in their dryer had gone out a few times and had to be replaced. The dryer vent was vented up an interior wall, across the ceiling and through the eave of the home. These interior wall locations mean longer venting distances and more bends typically. As a result, dryer ducts are harder to access, and the additional length creates more surface area for lint to collect and birds and animals to hide.
