We were promised a call-out within an hour and, although it was a bit more than that, it was well worth the wait. The locksmith (sorry - we didn't get your name) told us what he would try to do to solve our problem of misalignment causing us to be unable to lock/unlock our French window and quoted a price. He spent a long time assessing the problem and adjusting different parts of the locking system, eventually leaving it secure and fully working. He charged us the price quoted for the work done, which was cheaper than most call out fees. We would definitely use this company again. Barnsley S72 area.

Hi, I called today for a locksmith and I was pleased to see a professional, kind and knowledgeable man. George changed my window hinges and explained me how to keep them in good condition! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbours.
