Based on a recommendation from a business associate that had previous experience with AES, I contracted with them to develop a NERC compliance program for the power plant that I managed. AES developed a complete, plant specific, compliance program that encompassed all policies, guidelines, and procedures needed. They focused on developing a compliance culture at the plant.
