Asbury Dental & Implants Center - Dental Implants St. Augustine &St. Johns County

This review entails the whole process of having a dental implant installed. Some background, I broke a central incisor of the mandibular right at the gum line. I researched online for a practice nearby that would be responsible for the whole process; from root extraction, to the placement of the implant post, to the bone and gum healing process and finally the placement of the abutment and crown. This process took slightly over three months which I was told is a normal time. The office person, Londelle, is exceedingly efficient, professional, friendly and thorough. She is the first individual one encounters upon entering the practice. There were a couple of individuals, Jose, hygienist and Cora the PA that handled much of the imaging, X-ray and cat scan, also very proficient in their specialities. Once all the data was gathered, Dr Mohammed Naser evaluated the situation, recommended an implant and the work began. From this initial step to completion every facet was done flawlessly. He explained everything in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. Having worked in healthcare, specifically orthopaedics, I am very attuned to the process and the outcomes, which means I am also very critical . I couldn’t have been any better. I am using this practice for general dentistry also. Jose is an over qualified hygienist who has a wide range of skills. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming.

**updated** After being able to talk with them I feel much better. Their entire team was extremely supportive when my husband was in an accident just before I got to my appointment today. Their kind hearts really helped me through and Im true greatful for these wonderful people. I love the staff they are very charming and exactly what you would want representing your establishment, and the is Doc. a great guy too. Thank you for listeing, understanding, and helping me through a scary time to top it off!!

Wonderful experience here. Londell office manager helped quiet my anxiety as well as Dr. Nasser and his staff while I had two crowns and a tooth extraction. Top technology impressive. Clean environment too.

I have had a very good experience with the team at Asbury. They are confident and able to explain procedure processes clearly. Even out-of-network, I still chose to go to them for my dental work because of the reassuring experience and conversations I had with them. Highly recommend.

I just left after having a crown replaced and Dr. Naser and his team are absolute Rock Stars. They have this crazy thourough dedication to customer care that I haven't seen in other dentists. Londel the receptionist is an absolute angel and went above and behind to help me get the ball rolling. Literally from sitting in the reception area to sitting in the Dr. Chair, hands down the most comfortable experience I've had to date. It was the little attention to detail that really stood out to me.Especially when you're getting work done and they're walking you through everything they just did or about to do, just really put me at ease. I have some more dental work that I need to have done but I have absolutely no qualms or anxiety going back to them and sitting in that chair.

I went in to just have my dentures sanded to fit in my mouth. I made the mistake of trying to repair a crack myself. I was willing to pay for services. The only way they would help me was if I got my top plate re lined. 400.00+. I could get a new plate for that. They didn't help me. They are not about the client they are about the bottom line. $$$ my mouth is sore. I can only eat soft food. I wouldn't recommend them whatsoever.

I had a fantastic visit to this dental clinic! The entire team was friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The office is clean and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. I especially want to highlight Jose, the hygienist. He was so professional, yet very personable, making my cleaning session a breeze. He was gentle, explained everything clearly, and even gave me helpful tips for better oral care. It’s rare to find such exceptional care, and I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend this clinic, especially if you want a top-tier hygienist like Jose.

Wonderful office, Dr. Naser & his team, specifically Cora & Pam who assisted with my root canal. Very professional, friendly and welcoming. Londelle is the office manager can set up your appointments and handle insurance. Give them a call if you need a dentist.

This dental practice is wonderful. They helped tremendously with my son who is in college in Florida and needed to see a periodontist right away. They were so helpful, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I spoke with Londell in the office several times and she was so helpful with coordinating the care our son needed while away at college. She did so much for us and we are so appreciative. This practice is great!
