Awful experience with customer service.
Initially, they came out, blocked a few holes, and set traps, which seemed fine. However, when they returned for a follow-up, they did such a poor job cleaning up that they accidentally left numerous traps behind that were supposed to be removed. That did not inspire confidence that they had thoroughly inspected the property before assuring us everything looked good.
A few weeks later, we started seeing even more mice along with fresh droppings. We scheduled another follow-up appointment, but they never showed up. I took time off work specifically for the appointment. Since then, I’ve repeatedly called and messaged to reschedule, only to be told the next available appointment is over a week away.
That is completely unacceptable, especially considering the missed appointment was their fault. The lack of urgency, flexibility, and customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Being offered only a single appointment option after they failed to show up is not how a paying customer should be treated.
Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the company’s handling of the situation.
