ASAP Rodent Exclusion Pro was fantastic to work with. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and were extremely thorough. The team did a full inspection, clearly explained where the rodents were getting in, and laid out a solid plan to fix the problem for good. The work was done professionally and cleanly, with great attention to detail. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and actually care about long-term results, not just a quick fix. Pricing was fair and everything was explained upfront. If you’re dealing with rodents and want it handled the right way, I highly recommend ASAP Rodent Exclusion Pro. Peace of mind well worth it!

These guys seriously saved me! I was out of town for a month and when I came back, a mouse had moved in to the apartment. I had seen the drops but bot the mouse. At 3am the day after I arrived I saw the active mouse running around. I couldn't sleep while seeing and hearing the mouse so I went to a hotel. The next day (saturday) I called more than 9 pest control places in San Francisco and only Rodent Exclusion came through. 40 mins after calling they were in my apartment. They didn't find the mouse but closed all the openings, sanitized and left a few mouse traps. They really came through for me. I’m very grateful! Can't recommend them enough!!!!!

Awful experience with customer service. Initially, they came out, blocked a few holes, and set traps, which seemed fine. However, when they returned for a follow-up, they did such a poor job cleaning up that they accidentally left numerous traps behind that were supposed to be removed. That did not inspire confidence that they had thoroughly inspected the property before assuring us everything looked good. A few weeks later, we started seeing even more mice along with fresh droppings. We scheduled another follow-up appointment, but they never showed up. I took time off work specifically for the appointment. Since then, I’ve repeatedly called and messaged to reschedule, only to be told the next available appointment is over a week away. That is completely unacceptable, especially considering the missed appointment was their fault. The lack of urgency, flexibility, and customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Being offered only a single appointment option after they failed to show up is not how a paying customer should be treated. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the company’s handling of the situation.
