I hired ASAP to work at my sister’s house in Tampa. They did an excellent job and communicated with me the whole way about expectations. They also helped me decide what needed to be done with pictures, since I do not live in Tampa, and then they sent pictures after the work was completed. The fence and house looked amazing. ASAP Pressure Cleaning is a wonderful and professional company. Recently they cleaned several areas for me. My pool cage, lanai, driveway, etc. looked great after they cleaned them, except I wasn’t prepared because I mixed up the day they were to come. Because of it, I knew heavy trucks would leave tire marks, and areas of the lanai were not cleared enough for them to get to When I spoke to their representative, she was so sympathetic, though it was my mistake, that she graciously scheduled one of their techs to return at the time I wanted to redo areas that were inaccessible or damaged because of our move. The gentleman even cleaned extra things. It’s a rare company that goes over and beyond to please a customer, especially when they know the customer would no longer need their services. ASAP is professional, caring, and thoroughly accommodating. They accepted no pay until I was completely satisfied. I won’t need them again, but I definitely recommend them.

These people are top notch. The workers, their equipment, and their office people have brought a new meaning to pressure washing. They did such a good job at my house, the first time I came home, I drove past my house. I did not recognize it. Price was reasonable, and they left a lasting impression on me.
