I have hired ASAP twice so far (Dec 2022 and April 2025) and SO HAPPY with the results both times. These guys are meticulous. You won’t believe the before and after. The best pressure washing service in town! The guys do work! No harsh chemicals, and they scrub each tile. I’ve had others who just spray chemicals and don’t get any where near clean. Amazing job, fair price and excellent customer service! Javier is a true professional!

I don't remember how I discovered ASAP Pressure Clean and the owner Javier, but I'm sure glad I did. When it comes time to make your pressure cleaning appointment, you'll find Javier to be very accommodating to both your schedule and budget. He and his partner (also Javier) have worked together as a pressure cleaning team for a long time, which best insures that you'll have consistent, high quality service outcomes, plus the comfort of knowing that the company owner is on the job at all times. I have experienced first hand that Javier is very customer service driven, and has strong interpersonal skills.

Javier always does an amazing job for us. We have used him now for over 3 years and he has pressure washed our backyard patio, roof and front driveway in that time. It’s incredible the difference after he completes our job every single time. We have white marble patio stones and trust me they look almost new again! He is extremely responsive, communicative and responsible. Highly recommend

Although the job was good, we had issues with the timing of the job. We don't allow cleaning after hours on a Saturday.
