Chris is efficient, responsive and polite. He was patient with my ninety year old father that hovered over him the whole time and neatly fixed the problem. He arrived at the appointed time. I recommend Chris for anyone that requires excellent quality service.

My husband and I just bought our first house and hours after moving in, our sewer began to back up in to our basement. I called ASAP at 11:00 am and they were at our house by 11:45. They immediately got to work and were thankfully able to clear out our main line. Chris and Darren were quick, efficient, professional, reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable. Being that it was my first day of owning my first house, I was definitely panicking a little bit, but they made the whole process so much easier than what I was expecting. They even took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. They were amazing, and I'm incredibly grateful for how quickly they fixed the issue!! We will definitely be using ASAP for all of our plumbing and heating needs from here on out!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will never call anyone else for plumbing needs in the future. Called ASAP Plumbing at 8:00pm on a Thursday and spoke with Christy who was very nice, communicated pricing expectations and was very helpful in getting someone from ASAP to address a toilet issue...ASAP! Well, they came in about 30 minutes, fixed the issue quickly, was very knowledgeable and helped with other plumbing questions around our (new) old house. Price was in line with the quote and most importantly, the job was done and the problem fixed quickly and professionally.

Had issue with my tub faucet running steady stream, called Chris and came over to shut off the water to the shower so that it did not run up my water bill. Had it fixed within a couple days due to Easter and my work schedule. Would recommend, and if I need any other plumbing issues will definitely call them again.

Excellent work! Punctual! Great company - would highly recommend!!. Had to have a pipe replaced under my sink - called to make the appointment, they followed up and set up an appointment for the next day. Called before they came and were at my house 10 minutes prior - the work was thoroughly explained and the service was excellent and the cost was far less than one of the local large competitors that I will not name here. Genuinely nice people looking out for folks that have been price gouged by other local companies. Will call for any of my additional needs and will highly recommend to friends and relatives. Nice to know we finally have a great company here in Olean to serve the residents in an honest and professional manner which has been sorely lacking.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** We contracted this company for a bathroom remodel project. We were quoted 2-3 weeks for completion of this bathroom project which started on 10/1/22… and the project is still unfinished, 12/21/22… The owner of this company is unprofessional, unreliable, and has demonstrated poor communication. My wife and I attempted to contact Chris multiple times via phone / text with no response for day - weeks. He has confirmed to come up on a certain day, that day arrives and he does NOT show up. He does NOT contact my wife or I to state he will not be up, and does NOT response to calls / text. We understand life and things happen; however as a business owner, to not respond to continual attempts at communication, and his refusal to complete the project after quoting 2-3 weeks is completely unprofessional. We have been left with a non function bathroom for months, and Chris has demonstrated no effort to complete the job. We fully paid for this job months ago, and Chris continues to refuse to complete the project. Demo material were left in our garage for month without be pick up and disposed of. I would NOT recommend this company / owner for any work you may need on your home.

I was having an issue with my water heater after my basement flooded. I called ASAP Plumbing at 9am. Chris was at my house by 11:30. He quickly fixed my problem. I told him about a problem that I had been having with my floor drain along with the toilet & shower in the basement. He checked it out for me and fixed it! I was worried that I would have a huge bill, but his price was very reasonable! Chris is a great guy and an awesome plumber!!! I am so happy that I called ASAP! I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber!

I have had great experiences with ASAP plumbing of Olean. I contracted them to do several different jobs over the last six months or so and every time they have done a great job. When I had a plumbing emergency they were here within thirty minutes to fix it, and they came up with a better and cheaper solution than other companies when my basement drain pipes were full of calcium deposits which was making them back up. They are friendly, nice, cognizant guys.

I’m so thankful this business is in town! When I called them, Chris picked up and came over right away. He and his partner (I forgot his name- ugh!) worked like a team to fix my toilet issue. They were very thorough in explaining and showing me the issue and how it could be resolved. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you again!!
