ASAP GARAGE DOOR REPAIR AND INSTALLATION

I am very disappointed with this company which is highly rated. My garage door was not opening and the technician that came said that my limits needed to be changed but could not guarantee his work because the model was very old. However, I decided to move forward with the quick fix with no guarantee which was stupid on my part charging me $200 after 10 minute job! ! It worked for two days and then it stopped. They offered me a partial credit for a new motor and installation but never received an email with a quote after requesting this several times. The technician was very nasty and unprofessional.

Top Notch service and it really was ASAP! I used ASAP a few times over the last few years to fix my garage doors and the gate to my business and each time was an emergency and they were there right away. They are apparently small enough to give personal service, but big enough to have enough crews to be there when you need them. They were courteous and professional and I felt fairly priced and cleaned up after they finished the job. I highly recommend them.

Have been using ASAP Garage door for 15 years now. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Today we had a young Tech, Shawn come out and quickly assess that our Door Pulleys were worn out and causing the doors to be noisy and not operating smoothly. ASAP will never disappoint in their knowledge or pricing! If searching for new doors/replacement or just repair give ASAP a call today. ASAP completed my second garage project on a 120 year old garage with all its quirks. The products they use are high quality doors and their service techs are the best in the business. I would highly recommend!

ASAP's Charlie Sharkey just converted our (broken extension spring) garage door to a torsion spring system; the new system is much smoother and quieter than the old one and is well worth the extra cost. He did a really professional job. Although our garage was pretty well packed, nothing was scratched or damaged and everything was restored to its original position when the job was done. He even used a mini-leaf blower to blow all debris from the garage floor after he has removed metal pieces with a magnet; never saw anything like that before. If (as I do not hope) we need further garage door work, I will specifically request that Charlie be assigned to our job.

I called and they came out same day gave me a free estimate and the price was so good I hired them and the door was installed same day. I coiner be happier with the end result I recommend them to anyone who needs any type of garage door service or installation.

Zero stars. The worst & the most untrustworthy company ever. They send incompetent techs who do more damage than original & want to charge for it. Business model is simple, send junior / untrained staff to repair & make them do half work. Within 2 days, the spring breaks & then comes the Sr guy / owner to repair with a higher price for the repairs. Stay away from this company. Instead of apologizing for the issue caused by his Tech, the owner of the company comes to see the issue & starts comparing his living standards to the customer (me). I found the owner of ASAP to be very racist as well. The owner also threatened me asking to remove the 1 Star given to them else, he will not come to undo his company’s wrongdoing. WORST MANAGEMENT & WORST COMPANY EVER!.

Came to the house on Sunday, fixed a problem in 30 minutes. No hidden fees, charged exact price that quoted and did some extra work for free. Strongly recommend to anyone needing a great garage door service.
