I have no complaints at all using ASAP Containers. They’re my go to anytime I needs to clean out my house. The price is reasonable, they deliver same day and they are genuinely a good company to do business with. I appreciate all of you at ASAP Containers.

ASAP was able to help me out "in a bind" and not only deliver one dumpster in a day, but bring a second, so we could keep on dumping trash. The driver was amazing and able to put the dumpster in a great location for us. He was also able to swap out the empty for the full one with no problems and no complaints. Thank you so much. I reached out to asap containers late evening and they got back to me next morning. They communicated with me very well the whole time and had the container I needed delivered on Friday the day I wanted. I didn’t have to worry about any no shows as they communicated very well. The company is professional, and really great rates when it comes to renting. Infact, I had a whole week to use the dumpster. I even asked them if I could pay a few extra days to keep it longer and they did me a very very great service and allowed me to keep it longer. I will recommend everyone I know to them. They are the only company I will use for now on.

Had a great overall experience with Steve and ASAP. I scheduled 2 containers with another company 2-3 weeks before we needed them for a neighborhood clean-up; and they forgot to assign the order. The containers were not delivered so I called them. They realized the error, but they had no available containers. So they contacted ASAP to fill in for them. ASAP dropped off 2 containers the very next morning. The containers were perfect; and they both were filled in 1 day. I called Steve and he picked them up and dropped off 2 more containers for me the very next morning. I was very impressed with their responsiveness to my calls, and their ability to deliver so quickly. Will call them first in the future.

We started using ASAP about 12 years ago, after a terrible experience with another container company here in Omaha. They are always so helpful and grateful for our returned business. It seems like some of these businesses the owners aren’t hands on, that’s not the case here. The owner Steve, not only answers the phone, he may be the one to bring your box to you too. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Very good customer service always!
