Called for a quote for a engine job on my Mercedes and they took time and gave me a decent price so when I’m ready to get my engine replaced I’m definitely going to this shop

Needed front tires replaced and an engine belt replaced on a Saturday Arrived with no appointment, the mechanic was out of my tire size but looked at the serpentine belt and said he could install the new replacement part I had brought in. instead of dropping off my car I was able to return when they were free later that day In about 45min my belt was fixed and the noise stopped, also made sure the pistons were fine, and air blasted debris out of my engine air filter for good measure. While car was lifted, showed me how to secure my wobbly muffler exhaust The mechanic Tony was knowledgeable, friendly, skilled, and patient, answering all my questions about my old corolla. Glad to have found this local shop I’m recommending to family for their next oil change, tune up, or repair

On Neighbors app a neighbor asked for help yesterday with finding a good and affordable auto shop. I saw request for help at 1am this morning and my reply upon awakening of course was Asap Auto in Glenwood. Reasonable costs. Wont rip you off. VW lost customer forever because american and foreign cars are their thing. Asap auto literally saved our 2021 VW last year that we purchased in 2023 when we put too much oil in vehicle at closing time and Adam literally saved our car. Adams brother Tony problem solved headlights 2days ago and which I know would have cost fortune at dealership and a million hour wait...nope....$35 bucks. Tony did our brakes yesterday...40 minute wait with my 11am appointment as promised....$170.00 bucks. VW oil change $130...Asap Auto $60 bucks for our VW....you do the math. Who does that? Family owned and operated and so friendly and professional. Yup VW lost our business forever. Please check them out...they wont disappoint!!! My niece is getting her brakes fixed and with a free oil change, I reckon for new biz. Love them!!!!!!

I showed up to drop car at time they said and he did not remember appointment. Ask what's wrong with car after diagnosis two days ago. Sent email with estimate details. Then he says I need half down before working on car. People were coming in saying check engine light is back on. Shady

Great neighborhood shop. My tie rod broke on my car and Adam was able to assist with getting a discounted tow to them and fix it all within the next few days. Thank you as always!!

My husband and I bought motor oil at Auto Zone and my husband amazingly poured an entire 5 quarts into engine instead of adding 1 quart at a time and rechecking as we go. Rechecked oil level and oil spurted everywhere. By the grace of God there was angel #1, an auto zone employee who called angel #2, Adam at Asap Auto and reassured us that even though closing time is 30 minutes away that Adam would take care of us. No worries. And take care of us he certainly did!! We arrived at his shop and he and his associate literally saved our engine and saved us a ton and money and grief. We will be forever greatful to this kind and gracious young man for his kind deed. They even took the time to troubleshoot and look for the source of the leak at closing time!! Who does that today? No one!! So professional and thorough and most of all kind. I higly recommend this family establishment because they care. 9/10 anyone other place, and I know this, would have said good night, no thanks, beat it and come back in the morning!! We didn't have to drive home in our new status of "Engine will be good and dead by the time we drive home tonight with too much oil." Thanks guys!!
