When I first called AS Locksmith and Garage Door, their customer service seemed great. They were friendly, responsive, and booked me an appointment quickly. I even sent them a picture of the lock I wanted changed, and everything seemed straightforward.
However, when the technician arrived, things didn’t go as smoothly. My friend was waiting for them at the house, and shortly after arriving, the technician said he didn’t have the right tool and had to leave. He came back about an hour later, which left my friend waiting outside the whole time.
The lock was eventually replaced, but I later discovered they installed their own brand of lock instead of matching the original one as requested. Since then, it’s been about two weeks of back-and-forth — multiple calls, missed appointments, and promises to come back that never happened.
Overall, they seemed great at first, but the follow-through and reliability were disappointing. Hopefully they can improve their consistency, because the potential for good service is definitely there.
