He came out to fix a problem left behind by another company (no names mentioned ,check my other review if you’re curious). Samuel was kind, professional, and went out of his way to help, even stopping by after work so I wouldn’t have to leave my garage door open overnight. Later, he returned to recalibrate the system since the door wasn’t closing properly and needed the arm and electronic parts adjusted. His pricing was a little higher than others , but was still within the guidelines of what he did. He even followed up by text to make sure everything was still working fine. That kind of service and genuine care is rare these days. Thank you, Samuel ☺️

The service i received was quick and fast , I wasn't able to get into my car , Israel was quick and did a good job, however im very very disappointed that I was charges $339.00 just to unlock my car door in which it took no more then 7minutes. Maybe next time you should give a client your rate before hand, never ever did I hear that it cost $339.00 just to unlock the door. Im very disappointed. To anyone that wants to use their service they are quick and fast ,but make sure you get a reasonable quote beforehand.
