As Good As New, LLC

I’m so glad we went with As Good As New! Our fence was built dying hand by a true craftsman. Even the gates were made custom for our space. All the neighbors are pleased and have sent me messages about how impressed they were with Isaiah’s work ethic and pride in his work. And the company in general, is incredible. Their proposal was granted by the HOA in a week. And Jill, in the office, called every day to make sure things were turning out how we wanted. The new fence makes the yard go from just ok to feeling like we’re at a resort. It’s beautiful and I know it’ll last a very long time. I highly recommend them for any fencing needs!

These folks are the tops. I recently hired them to repaint a modern style wrought iron fence. The paint on the fence had faded and was chipping in places. There are also ipe wood insets in the swing gate and parts of the fencing (12 ft spans in some places) that were in poor shape (see pic). I requested a specific paint color and they were happy to accommodate my request. At the end of the job I found a few places that needed touch up and they came back and walked those spots with me and addressed each and every one. Additionally, each day of the job, Jill called me twice a day to check and make sure everything going okay or if I had any questions. Jill also called after the job was done for a "are you still pleased." I'll have As Good As New back to paint my cedar fence in the Spring. Really happy with this group of people and their very strong customer focus and results. I've included 2 pictures of the fence before (faded section and the ipe) and one of the gate after (fresh paint and ipe treated).

As Good As New installed my fence several years ago. It was built strong and has held up great. I recently had them come out and do a little maintenance on a few pickets as well as reapplying stain. The fence now looks just as it did when new. This was done at a fair price while having friendly and competent folks taking care of the project. I highly recommend them for your fencing needs

Second time I contract As Good As New for fence installation and am very pleased with their work and service. Technicians, Chris and Aaron did an awesome job. They were timely, worked extremely hard, and regularly made sure I was satisfied with their work. As Good As New Fence has been great to work with. We initially got a quote from them a year and a half ago. I was looking for a company that would install galvanized posts rather than wood and unfortunately circumstances prevented us from actually having our fence replaced at the time. Ann was helpful from the very beginning and extremely helpful and patient with me this time around as well. We had different scenarios in mind and she assisted us with all of them until we made a final decision. We elected not to have post boxes installed because I happen to like the somewhat industrialized look of the galvanized posts. The pricing was comparable with other companies that we received quotes from however, As Good As New exceeded our expectations and you truly get what you pay for. We feel that we received better service and a much better product than had we gone elsewhere. The materials were delivered right on time. Robert and Byron showed up on time and went straight to work. They were so nice and hard working and really did a fabulous job. They knocked the work out sooner than we anticipated and even worked through the strong storms and power outage we had last month. We couldn't be more pleased with our fence or the service provided and have no doubt that they stand behind their product. We are very happy we chose As Good As New to replace our fence and will recommend them to everyone. We couldn't be more pleased and our neighbors love the fence they benefit from as well!

We are extremely happy with our new fence. It is gorgeous! We receive compliments all the time. We chose the iron gate from several options, and it was custom made. Technician Isaiah sometimes worked alone, otherwise usually just one assistant. They put in long hours and did incredible, solid work. The Houston office was frequently in contact with us, and we had no problem getting in touch with them when needed. we highly recommend As Good As New!!

Came out same day, finished the repair of our gate within an hour, and did an excellent repair! Would recommend for anyone in the Houston area!

I hired them to replace a large section of my fence and a section with a gate. The commutation with these guys was on point. They were always professional and helpful with any questions and getting things set up. Everything happened exactly how they said and when they said it would. The guy who tore out and built the new fence, Isaiah, is a hell of a worker. Got it knocked out in no time and did a great job. I would definitely recommend these guys.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how pleased and thankful for our new fence from As Good As New Fence Co. First, Ms. Jill was so kind, and so thoughtful. She made sure our fence was installed before August 5th. I am a teacher and I really appreciate everything she did, not to mention that 3 of us paid for the fences on both sides.
