Poor Service and Product Quality - Feedback on Recent Purchase

I recently had a very disappointing experience with your service when purchasing and installing accessories for my XUV 700, and I felt it necessary to share my feedback.
Here are the major issues I faced:
1. Seat Cover Quality: Despite being assured of premium quality, the seat cover stitching began to peel off within 15 days. This is far from the standard I was promised.
2. Ambiance Lights: The left-side door light strip stopped functioning properly within 10 days of installation, indicating poor quality or improper installation.
3. Side Footrest: I explicitly requested a footrest that wouldn’t scrape against ramps or speed breakers. Despite your recommendation, the installed footrest failed to meet this requirement, forcing me to replace it at an additional cost at a Mahindra service center.
4. Sunfilm Installation: The sunfilm was poorly installed, with noticeable bubbles in multiple areas, which greatly affects the aesthetic and usability.
5. Lack of Proper Billing: I was only provided an estimated bill without GST details, which raises concerns about warranty claims and transparency.
6. Inconvenient and Time-Consuming Process: As a customer traveling from Cuddalore to Chennai, I booked an appointment for timely service. However, I ended up spending 12 hours (from 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM), which was completely unreasonable.
Additionally, after reaching out regarding my complaints, I received no response or resolution. This lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable and has left me regretting my decision to use your services.
I hope this feedback helps you improve your service quality and customer care. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend your services to others, particularly those traveling from outside Chennai.
