3 rules for quality sleep that leaves you with a healthy body and mind!

1️⃣ Sleeping mode.

Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time. It will be much easier for you to fall asleep and wake up, because the body will understand when it is necessary to prepare for sleep, and get up ready for active work.

2️⃣ Limit gadget use before bed.

Ideally, stop using smart screen devices 2 hours before bedtime. The blue light from the screens blocks the normal production of the sleep hormone melatonin, and as a result, you may find it more difficult to fall asleep.

3️⃣ Create a comfortable sleeping environment.

Many people forget about the importance of this point, even though it’s often the smallest things that make the biggest difference!

Some simple tips for a good nights sleep include:
- subdued lighting
- cool moist air
- no gadgets and working electrical appliances.

And last but certainly not least! A comfortable mattress and pillow.
