We had Caleb out to find a water leak on a main water service. He found the leak within the hour making my life as a plumber a lot easier. We will definitely only be using Arts Locating for all our leak and locating needs.

I called Caleb out to help locate a leak under my slab. I had two plumbers come out. Neither could find the leak. He was able to locate it fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend him for any leak detection services.

I called Art's Locating at the suggestion of a major plumbing company in Prescott and set up an appointment. Caleb arrived when scheduled and began asking questions relevant to my situation and I soon knew I had the right person with the skills and competency and tools to do the job. Caleb began his search for the source of water that was causing the problem and employed a variety of tools measuring different values: humidity levels, temperatures, and sounds. His conclusions were fact based and clear. Wish I had sought out his services at the beginning of the project rather than after an expensive failure due to lack of knowledge on part of the painting contractor. A follow up to another service provided. Awesome communicator and always on time as scheduled owner Caleb took care of us once again. He ran his remote camera down the inside of our shower wall to locate any mold or mildew from an ongoing in the wall shower head leak. His camera found none! Always our "go to" tech for utility locating services. Owner Caleb was phenomenal. Answered his phone before the first ring was done and he returned our email before the ink was dry!!! Very professional, thorough, and went above and beyond the call of duty to provide an awesome service. Very reasonable and arrived at the job site before the scheduled appointment. We really appreciated his educating us as to all of the color identifiers for the various utilities that he located. VERY highly recommend!!!

Caleb, the owner of Art’s Locating Service, was very prompt in initially answering my call for service for an exterior water leak. He scheduled me for the afternoon of Memorial Day, something most contractors do not offer. On Memorial Day, he was delayed because of the water leak issues with clients earlier in the day. He kept me posted about when he would arrive at my home to perform his service. He was able to locate the leak within 30 minutes. He was prompt, courteous and helpful answering my questions.
