Artificial Grass Recyclers - Dallas

I couldn't be happier with how things went with AGR. We ordered 1,800 sq ft of turf. Our delivery driver forgot to put us in their system and wasn't there on pickup day, but AGR was flexible; they knew it wasn't our fault and allowed us to reschedule. The turf was just as high quality as they said it would be. That was last year. It still looks great!

Buyer beware!! While I understand, this is used/recycled grass. We were not expecting my husband to get cut by *GLASS* Through his Work Gloves, while unrolling it. There was also a bunch of trash in the roll as well. Dirty Q-tips, water bottles, cans, pieces of metal, and of course of broken glass. If you're looking to purchase grass for your backyard for Kids, or Pets. Beware of the dangers inside the roll!! I will say, the grass has been holding up to the constant big dog traffic though. And they seem to be enjoying. It's nice looking grass and makes the yard look good. **I did send pictures of the glass via email on Sunday. Haven't heard a peep back.

Everything about our experience was top notch. From the first phone call to the final purchase. Kelby was pleasant, personable, informative and honest. We felt like he put us first and tailored his consultation to our needs, our finances, and our taste. We felt like we got a high end experience and a high end quality product at a price that worked so very well in our budget. We will gladly refer AGR to others for a 5 star experience.

The customer service here is stellar! Jakob & Dusty have answered the many questions we've had, met us on sight to look at turf before we purchased & even followed up to make sure everything went smooth on both ends. We haven't installed grass yet but I will & as soon as I do I will revise this post with pics of install & once our backyards are complete pics of that as well. Can't thank you guys enough Jakob & Dusty! We bought three rolls of turf and they look great in our backyard! I worked with Vince Hayes who helped me look at the different types of roles and the quality. He was very helpful in finding what would work best for us. The rolls are heavy when you purchase them and weigh over a ton each. Because of this logistics can get a little tricky but I hired the guy that dropped off the road base to our house, which we used as the sub base for the turf, to pickup and drop of the turf. Cost me about $285 for delivery which is cheaper than any rental equipment and saved me 6 hours from driving three trips. I live about an hour away. AGR has the drivers contact info so they should be able to get you in contact with the driver if you need. The turf is laid down and still working on finalizing the edges but it looks great and nice to finally have a usable backyard. It used to just be weeds or mud but now the kids can play in the backyard instead of the driveway and best part no more weeding mowing or trying to get grass to grow in the difficult yard.

Liz and Anthony were great, made it very easy to purchase. Liz set everything up and kept me in the loop on several products & Anthony made the in person process very smooth. I would definitely work with this company again and refer people to this company to make the process easy. I’ll come back and post pics once it’s installed 😊

I recently made the mistake of choosing a landscape company that chose Arg Company to source recycled turf for my lawn. After spending over $2,000, I received a product that was far from satisfactory. The condition of the turf was appalling. Not only did it have nails scattered throughout, but I also found earrings, a beaded necklace, and several patches missing. It's bewildering how such items ended up in recycled turf. Moreover, the quality of the turf itself was questionable; it hardly resembled the material I expected. If you're considering using Arg Company for recycled turf, I strongly advise against it. Spare yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Make sure to thoroughly inspect the turf before making any commitments. In hindsight, I wish I had invested more money in buying new turf instead of settling for the hope of receiving decent recycled turf from Arg Company.

Best deal on artificial grass! I needed 8k sqft of grass and after searching for months to find quality grass that wasn't going to cost a fortune I saw a deal from AGR. Jakob Manning hooked me up and was professional throughout the process. The grass is in great condition and completely green with no markings or lines. Highly recommend!

After overlooking my options i reached out to AGR and ask what they had around me. they have one location in Sacramento and i was given 2 options for used turff, one was "concert turff" and the other was "football turff" the salesman Jason was very helpful even though he as half was across country, he answered all my questions about each and the process. he was able to tell me where my rolls were coming from and what type and fill was in it. Ending here would have left a 5-star review. Once bought and signed for I went down on Monday morning to pick up my rolls (downside strike one, yard is only open Mon - Friday close at 4pm with no option of delivery). the worker there was quick to find my order and headed out to pick it up. loading was easy and hassles. Once home i unloaded and unrolled to find only 1 or 2 tears. Though contract states the location the turff comes from one of my roles were a completed different shade of green much darker than the others very noticeable when landed next to the others. (Strike Two). Rolls were vary on length just as expected, foot here or there but mostly approx. 40feet like quoted and width was the same. Rolls were recently pulled (i found a graduation tassel from this year in the roll.) Per Contract signed "There are no returns, refunds, or credits for used turf. Sold as is with no warranty, used turf has been used and may be dirty and require cleaning. Roll size may vary and contain some or all of the following: sports lines, paint markings, color, cuts and or tears, imperfections, and infill. rolls weights are approx. and can exceed 2,000 pounds." So overall sadly i will have to live with the large 40 foot dark square in the middle of my 1500 sqft yard. but if i had to do it again i would. If the company reaches out to me i will update this then, this is my experience and yours may vary.

Call at the beginning of the week, was hung up on and told to text. Went to pick up, rented a trailer and arrived between 4-6 pm. Called them texted. Kate working the phones refused me service. Basically told me to get my butt of the property. Also refused to refund my money. Do not do service with this company. I’m the head of a home owners association and I’ll let everyone know that this company has terrible customer service.
