I look for these 3 attributes in my dental & medical doctors: (1) Advanced professional experience and solid clinical acumen. (2) Patience, clarity, honesty & compassion towards patients. (3) A strong, natural desire to exceed patient expectations, and to expect nothing less than excellence from oneself. In Dr. Hieu Le, I found all these qualities in abundance, which make her an amazing dentist! She performed my dental implant procedure over several visits with absolute perfection! During a procedure, she has an innate sense of being calm & proficient, and also warm & conscientious! She explains every step of the process during the procedure, to make the patient feel assured that he/she is in capable hands!! Her team of dental assistants work cohesively with her, providing a high quality of patient care! The scheduling & billing staff are very professional. They verify insurance and provide reasonable & accurate estimates prior to the procedure. In conclusion, Dr. Hieu Le is by far the best dentist I have encountered, and if I ever needed another dental implant, she would absolutely be the one I would go to!! Thank you very much Dr. Le, you are very much appreciated!!

As always, Dr. Le and her staff always make my visits as smooth and comfortable as possible. Always greeted with a smile upon entry and the lobby chairs are SUPER comfy (even though you won't be sitting in them long). Whether the work is being done by the Dental Assistants or Dr. Le, I always feel like I'm in great hands. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely safe and comfortable. They are so calming and reassuring, explaining everything clearly and honestly with no surprises. I truly appreciate how straightforward and transparent they are. They’ve already made me feel so much better about myself, and I’m so grateful I found them.

I came in for a cleaning and I love the results. My teeth are whiter, cleaner and it didn’t hurt. Everyone was very friendly and the office was very organized. Definitely will be back to get my Invisalign.

I've finally found an exceptional dentist and has given me the most thorough and comprehensive personal dental health plan I've ever had. Dr. Le at Arte Dental is technical, detailed, shows, explains treatment well and has a terrific chair side manner. Arte Dental is very reasonably priced while offering exceptional care. I've been to some of the supposedly "best" when I lived in Frisco and she's much better without their fees/prices or used car sales approach when trying to get you to commit. I'm impressed and have found my dentist.

Very friendly staff from the front desk to Dr Le herself. Britain was excellent with the cleaning also. Dr Le's hands on exam after the xrays was very professional too. I will be returning in 6 months for sure.

Dr. Le & her staff were welcoming, kind, made me feel at home, listened, were understanding, cared for my individual needs, friendly, upbeat, upfront w/cost of treatments, explained in detail my treatment plan, answered all of my questions, took their time, thorough, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and provided high standards of care!! I’m a RN & have high expectations & look forward to my next visit & ongoing personal care there!! :)

If I could give ten stars, I would. Dr Le has been caring for my elderly friend for a year now. My friend has significant disabilities and she needed a ton of work. Throughout it all, Dr Le and her staff have demonstrated kindness and compassion beyond anything we could have hoped for. They have gracefully responded to multiple phone calls in a single day and worked us in without an appointment when we needed them. Their understanding of our unique needs has made a huge difference in my life and that of my friend.

Going to the Dentist isn’t always fun but the Atre Dental team have made my visits easy, fun, and actually enjoyable! The staff is friendly, the music is good and I feel well informed and at ease each time I’ve gone in. I definitely recommend going here for all your dental care needs!

I thought the dentist and assistant were great. My complaint is that I booked a regular cleaning and exam as a first time visitor. They did exam and X-rays first and then after they gave me price of services I could do like a crown. I said I’ll do it next time and then they asked me to come back another day to do a cleaning because they were booked. I said no the whole point of going to the dentist is the cleaning.. I waited almost an hour to do get my actual cleaning. Just doesn’t seem like an organized clinic.
