(3) A strong, natural desire to exceed patient expectations, and to expect nothing less than excellence from oneself. In Dr. Hieu Le, I found all these qualities in abundance, which make her an amazing dentist! She performed my dental implant procedure over several visits with absolute perfection! During a procedure, she has an innate sense of being calm & proficient, and also warm & conscientious! She explains every step of the process during the procedure, to make the patient feel assured that he/she is in capable hands!! Her team of dental assistants work cohesively with her, providing a high quality of patient care! The scheduling & billing staff are very professional. They verify insurance and provide reasonable & accurate estimates prior to the procedure. In conclusion, Dr. Hieu Le is by far the best dentist I have encountered, and if I ever needed another dental implant, she would absolutely be the one I would go to!! As always, Dr. Le and her staff always make my visits as smooth and comfortable as possible. Always greeted with a smile upon entry and the lobby chairs are SUPER comfy (even though you won't be sitting in them long). Whether the work is being done by the Dental Assistants or Dr. Le, I always feel like I'm in great hands. Highly recommended!
