From the time we walked in to get a quote to three weeks later when we placed our order, no one hassled us. It was great. The installers were great and took care onto to scratch walls or floors. They were awesome and arrived in time.

Trish at the store was very helpful and showed us our options. The refrigerator was delivered today and the three man team was fantastic. They took down what they needed to get the refrigerator in the door, removed my front door and replaced it. And re-hung the stuff back on the walls before they left. I had a problem with the floor under my refrigerator, not being even and they did not leave until it was installed properly. They were very efficient and friendly. I would recommend buying any appliance from Art Noey.

My washer of 31 years finally died and I wasn’t looking forward to buying a new one. Fortunately the Art Noey staff was extremely helpful. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me several great options. Today, my new washer was delivered. Delivery men were punctual and got the job done with no issues. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

The delivery team carefully removed my old fridge, let me clean the space, and skillfully reassembled both units with kindness and professionalism. The sales staff were patient and helpful, and having so many appliances on display made choosing easier. I love that you can actually touch and test appliances before buying them! The prices at this local store are competitive with the big box stores. Delivery and installation went very smoothly! Tyler and Matt did a very professional job of removing our old over the range and replacing it with a new one. The route tracker let me know when to expect them. In, work completed, work site cleaned up, and on their way. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend them.

The technician was nice he checked everything found nothing wrong. Everything was great. He explained a few things should help out.

I ordered a new dishwasher and later learned the model I ordered was no longer being made. George at Art Noey called me to let me know that they will order a higher end unit at no additional cost to me. Today the unit was delivered and installed during the time scheduled. The installed ran into a couple of unanticipated issues and they came up with quick solutions. Great experience with the company from the salesman through the installers.

Bought a stove refrigerator dishwasher and microwave from them 2 years 4 months ago. All maytag. Ice maker just quit called repairman and it will cost $1400 to repair. Fridge cost $1700. This is an ongoing years old problem with the in door ice maker and it should have been mentioned when I bought it. Now I have to buy a new refrigerator after 2 years 4 months. Tech was great but store not so much.

Matt and his partner were fantastic. They went up and above with hooking up my washer. Great job guys
