I had an absolutely wonderf ul experience at Hotel Art Galeri! The rooms were perfect—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel, just like I noticed yesterday, was truly outstanding. The food was exquisite and delicious, a real culinary highlight of my trip. The staff was attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend this gem in the historic city of Durrës! I will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel – beautifully designed and exceptionally well-run by a very friendly and attentive team. The rooms have a boutique feel, with every detail thoughtfully coordinated. They are stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you might need: a large, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, a minibar, a coffee and tea station, wardrobes, a TV with Polish channels, and efficient air-conditioning. The bathroom includes a full set of toiletries and wonderfully scented shower gels. The corridors are cozy, elegantly designed, and always smell fresh. Everything is spotless – the housekeeping team keeps the rooms perfectly clean and services them daily. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with great coffee and amazing croissants filled with chocolate and pistachio cream. There was a wide selection of food, all of it truly tasty. The entire hotel impressed us with its design and its attention to every detail. Reception staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. It was a wonderful stay – truly one of the best hotels we have ever visited. Highly recommended.

Stayed here earlier this year and had an amazing stay. Very easy to ring hotel from the UK via whatsapp to get more information if needed (last minute bookings or room information). It has a truly amazing location with such a unique view. The staff and service are as good as it gets. The breakfast is 10/10 and the coffee is to die for! Rooms and hallways are decorated to a very high standard and even feature bidets which are always welcome in warm countries. The only two downsides are parking and the local mosque happens to be huge and within close proximity. Again, the staff are amazing so you can just call them on whatsapp and they will reserve a spot for you using their cars. When you arrive, simply call them again and switch cars around - like I said, 10/10 service, they truly go above and beyond. DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE DOWN THE NEARBY ALLEYWAYS - They're rather tight and navigating through them in rentals without scratching them isn't fun. In regards to the mosque, its really not a big deal. The call to prayer is quite loud but the hotel being as amazing as it is has excellent sound-proofing and it doesn't play at night so hearing it mid-day isn't to bad anyway. It's also a religious country with a higher population of Muslims so hearing the mosques call to prayer is to be expected really and so it would be unfair to complain about it anyway! To summarise, this place is perfect. Its actually impossible to fairly critique it in anyway. We would happily stay here again and would truly recommend it to anyone. Drive from the airport was only 20-30 mins as well

An absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome (and as it is literally next to the walls and amphitheatre, driving was a bit tricky, we parked a street or two away and walked the rest, but Michael took our keys when we checked in, found our car and parked our car for us right out front) Breakfast each morning has been great, the baked goods are a standout item; the little cookies (chocolate, red velvet, oatmeal, etc) are the best. Room is spotless, comfortable...just a great place to stay. Highly recommend Only a short stroll to the boulevard and to the promenade making it a great location.

This was an amazing hotel to stay at while in Durres. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is great but the best part is the hospitality from the staff. They were so helpful and gave amazing recommendations for things to see and do! Highly recommended staying here!

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and having explored Durres quite a bit, I’m confident that this hotel is the best in the city Highly recommend It’s a beautiful design and elegant The staff are amazing, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Always smiling Location is central and makes discovering the city and sights easy or if preferred, leaving the city by car. Airport is 45mins by car Room was pleasant and comfortable. Bed, shower, everything. Some negatives though. Would have liked a wardrobe rather than the simple hanging rail. The toilet seat was loose and almost falling off. The air con is aggressive, even on low setting and high temperature setting, you freeze. Also it’s loud. Opening the window at night was not possible because of the homeless dogs barking AND the sound of the mosque which is 20m from the window. The light on the bathroom mirror is inadequate WiFi was good Soundproofing was good. Other than some doors banging I didn’t hear any other guests in their rooms I know it’s not the hotels fault but the restaurant next door plays music until midnight at a VERY high volume. It makes the room vibrate. No chance of an early night or trying to get children to sleep Also car parking is difficult. If you arrive after 6pm then the road to the hotel is closed and you have to go the “back way” which is narrow and not easy. There is a lack of parking full stop. But the hotel staff always find a solution Breakfast is wonderful, large variety of food and drinks. You can also ask for them to make you coffee such as cappuccino without any cost Still I think it’s the best hotel in Durres

Everything was great. The room, the mattres, the room view, the breakfast, the staff, everything went great. They booked a taxi for us in advance the day we left as we left our luggage for a few hours after check out. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 day. Will definitely return here. Thank you
