I booked Arroyo private transportation for a 60th birthday ladies night out celebration in Orlando on October 2023. I was a tad nervous booking on-line from out of state. Arroyo Transportation handled everything beautifully. Prompt, digital communications and confirmation. Transport vehicles exactly as pictured. Driver arrived and was waiting 15 mins early. Courteous and professional communication during the trip. On time pick up for return trip to hotel. I was very impressed with Arroyo Transportation. Top notch operation. I called Arroyo Transportation one day before my trip I spoke with Felix explained my situation that I needed a 2:30 AM pickup to go to airport. Felix was so pleasant and understanding I was nervous but he put me at ease. Felix was on time for the pickup and very kind. I definitely recommend Arroyo Transportation and Felix. I have used Arroyo Transportation quite a few times and every time has been fantastic! Mr. Felix is always prompt, professional, and extremely personable. It always feels awkward to take a car service when you are by yourself and then have complete silence. Mr. Felix isn’t like that at all. I have thoroughly enjoyed the numerous conversations we have had when he has taken me to and from the Orlando airport. He has also been very dependable. The last time I flew to Orlando, my flight was delayed by 2 hours. I arrived at 1:45 am but Mr. Felix had kept track of my flight and he was there waiting on me. You won’t find a better car service. I have recommended Mr. Felix to all of my family and friends. If you are looking for a top notch car service, Arroyo Transportation is. The one!.

Amazing service from Arroyo Transportation!! Traveling with a group of 7 around Orlando to resorts and Disney accommodations, we used their service 3 times during our 8 day stay. Great communication for each pickup, always early and accommodated our large group and lots of luggage. Felix was super friendly and made our rides a great experience. Highly recommend their services and thank you for a smooth and enjoyable experience!!!

Felix was prompt and friendly with communication and pickup. The van was clean, big and comfortable. Using Arroyo transit was the best way to start and end our family trip! We will always book them when we come to Orlando.

Our experience was for an airport to cruise terminal round trip. The ride from the airport to the cruise terminal was perfect and we had a lot of communication with our driver Claudia. The ride back from the cruise terminal to the airport was not as smooth and added a lot of stress to a ride option that I would typically consider stress free. The driver, Felix, was not at the correct terminal for the pickup, which would not have been an issue if he would have just listened to what I was saying instead of telling me that I am in the wrong spot. I had to leave my party behind while I circled the cruise terminal pickup area for 30 mins, the whole time explaining exactly where we were. Felix seemed very frustrated with the conversation and made it seem like it was our fault. I clearly explained the correct terminal number, ship, and provided landmarks but was ignored and told to forget about the landmarks that I was giving him. After multiple phone calls he realized that he was not in the correct terminal and when he came to the correct area, we were there waiting. This was not a pleasant experience at all, and made for a quiet ride back to the airport without any conversation about the error or apology. We provided all of the correct information and the issue could have been resolved much more efficiently if Felix would have simply listened to what I had to say instead of not being helpful. We made it to the airport in time, so all ended well overall, but definitely not satisfied with the return service.

Prompt, friendly, exceptional service. Felix drove our family over an hour to our resort from the airport, and we enjoyed every minute of the ride. What a wonderful person! The SUV was beautiful too; very clean. Highly recommend!

Felix communicated what to expect very well, was a great driver, very friendly, good conversation, on time, and was great with my 3 year old daughter on our first trip to Disney World. Can't ask for anything more. It was incredibly convenient that he was able to provide a car seat and that we were able to book online just a couple days before our trip. Next time we go back to Disney World we'll definitely use Arroyo Transportation again!

I've used Arroyo transportation twice for rides to and from Orlando airport. Excellent service! Thank you Claudia and Felix! It is always good to know your ride will be from a reputable business, on time, clean, comfortable, with safe and pleasant drivers. I don't like using Uber...you never know what you're going to get. I highly recommend Felix's business for your airport transportation and I'm sure they are just as great for any other transportation needs. Excellent service and affordable!

Arroyo Transportation recently provided transportation to over 30 guests traveling from all across the US to a company conference in Orlando, FL area. Communication was fast, easy, and effortless.
