I booked Arroyo private transportation for a 60th birthday ladies night out celebration in Orlando on October 2023. I was a tad nervous booking on-line from out of state. Arroyo Transportation handled everything beautifully. Prompt, digital communications and confirmation. Transport vehicles exactly as pictured. Driver arrived and was waiting 15 mins early. Courteous and professional communication during the trip. On time pick up for return trip to hotel. I was very impressed with Arroyo Transportation. Top notch operation. I called Arroyo Transportation one day before my trip I spoke with Felix explained my situation that I needed a 2:30 AM pickup to go to airport. Felix was so pleasant and understanding I was nervous but he put me at ease. Felix was on time for the pickup and very kind. I definitely recommend Arroyo Transportation and Felix. This is a number that will be a part of my contacts.
