Arrowhead Heating & Air Conditioning recently performed a tune-up on my AC, and the experience was excellent. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and explained everything clearly. He worked thoroughly, checked all components, and even shared tips to keep my system running efficiently. The price was fair, and the quality of service exceeded expectations. My AC is running smoother now, and I’ll definitely call Arrowhead again for future maintenance.

Jeremy was very professional the way he conducted the inspection of the home air-conditioning system was very thorough in very possible way took the time to explain what he had seen and recommended several options from which to choose from first time. I have really seen someone take and put a whole lot of time and effort into An estimate was very glad to have met and contacted him. Our unit has been giving us trouble all summer. Previous company’s have failed to correctly diagnose our systems failure. Arrowhead came in and performed a thorough inspection and found the problem. Now we’re up and running properly.

Absolutely amazing person, very nice and all around good guy, along with honest! Competitive prices and excellent service! Very responsive. The AC on house we called about went out late afternoon yesterday (Saturday) and we called. He was out at home today at 8am and didn't charge it as an emergency call. Jeremy clearly explained what was wrong with our broken AC an a variety of repairs he could make to it. Because of the age of our system and it being outdated due to refrigerant regulation changes, we opted to get a new unit. He was able to get it installed quickly and efficiently. We definitely got a level of education and service that we never experienced with the big companies where we felt like a number rather than customer.

We had a few issues with our ac this summer and Jeremy at Arrowhead was quick to get out to our house and get us back up and running in no time on both occasions. Both times we got lucky and he had the parts in stock so our downtime was quicker than anticipated. My husband works out of town and there was a 3rd occasion I had to call Arrowhead this summer. We had gotten a lot of rain one night and we woke up to water coming through the ceiling. At the time I really didn't know if it was an ac issue or a roof leak. I called Jeremy up and he was nice enough to come crawl in the hot attic for me to try to uncover the issue. Turns out it wasn't an ac leak it was my sealant around all my vent things on my room. Jeremy had some sealant or something on him that 3rd day also and was able to again, fix us right up when I was having a rough morning and feeling defeated before the day even started. Before he left he was even kind enough to pull out the bee spray and spray a few bee hives for me and I kid you not 2 months later those bee's are still frozen right where he sprayed them. Anyhow, I give Jeremy and his family owned business a 5 star review and would highly recommend his company to anyone.
