Aron's Place Apartments

I don't know who these people are with these 5 star reviews but they don't live here in this complex..Mary Martinez is the property manager so take these 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. These units are very run down and neglected by management. Kitchens are very very small and there's been a roach infestation throughout the entire apartment complex since I've lived here.

I simply HAD to make an edit for whatever reason they let go of Stormi the manager here whom was so GREAT SHE TREATED EVERYONE WITH LOVE CARE AND COMPASSION! and replaced her with Mary the previous manager who is just awful! she's been back 3 weeks and is already harassing me and threatening to give me violations and eviction on two different occasions. Has a very "I don't care attitude." with a snake like vibe. You can't trust her at all I don't know what the hell the owners are thinking but something very strange is going on. This place was awful a year ago before Mary got canned, full of dirty tenants and various riff raff, then Stormi came in and really started cleaning things up and making sure that all the tenants were taken care! Now with mary in the office im already having issues with rent payments not going through and them giving me additional fees for them not taking the money! was going to pay for a full years rent now there's no way I'm doing that with all her BASELESS threats of violations and eviction.

I paid my rent through the app but they didn't "take it" they sent it back to my bank and charged me a bogus insufficient funds fee! They also tried to charge me additional fees I wasn't supposed to pay like insurance fees then they act dumb when questioned about it. This place is trash! I'll be looking for a better place to live soon. It was nice when Stormi ran it but now that she's gone it's already going down hill. I'd avoid arons place apartments, amber park apartments axis manor and the palms apartments they're all ran by the same group!

Great Customer Service, the office staff is very pleasant.

Moving from Atlanta, I needed a place that I could afford, and this was it.
