Would not recommend this solicitor firm for a house conveyancing. I received very poor legal advice regarding land and outbuildings attached to a property. My solicitor admitted to mistakes over the phone, then left the firm without notice. The firm did not inform me of her leaving, I found out when I called to ask for her weeks later. I can honestly say I would not have completed this purchase if I'd had competent legal representation. Further stress and cost has occurred since completion, with issues never resolved and no further word from Arnold Greenwood.

Danielle dealt with the sale of our property and the service has been outstanding from start to finish. We made it clear from the outset that we wanted to get everything concluded as quickly as possible and the speed at which she worked from then on was impressive and appreciated. Danielle was always available to take our calls, or called back within the same day when she was in meetings. Danielle always replied to our emails quickly, which in most cases was within a couple of hours. We can't recommend Danielle highly enough. On the day of completion Danielle was away from the office, but Danielle's Secretary took over and made a brilliant job in ensuring completion went smoothly A great team effort which is appreciated
