Nick and the team at Armstrong Plumbing are great. We have used them twice in less than 5 months at the home we just purchased in the historic district of Saratoga Springs. They are great with timely communication and do not overcommit to work they cannot do. I highly recommend. Great work, great communication, and a fair price.

Joe came over on Friday 8/5 as I had a dripping faucet and shower. He had to run to the store to get the parts.He replaced the 2 shower valves which seemed to solve that problem. He then replaced 1 hot water valve on one sink faucet and appeared to just clean the other sink valve. He just had to shorten the chain on the toilet to fix that problem. It cost me $480 with no breakdown of what each problem cost me, which I thought seemed quite high. That night when I was using my sink faucets to wash up they were both leaking worse than before he fixed them. I called that Friday night and left a message about the leaking faucets and twice on Monday. No one has even called me back to address the issue and to schedule a time to fix the problem. I am very unhappy that they are not responding. I had used them once before and was pleased with their work so I don't know what happened this time and don't know why they don't call me back to at least acknowledge my call and schedule a time to fix the problem.

Exceptional!!! Nick and his crew provide the highest quality and standard of work. Their attention to detail and care they take on every job sets them apart from the rest. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of a plumbing/hvac contractor.

Nick did a great job! He showed up as scheduled, did nice work, and was pleasant and friendly. I’ll certainly use them again when I need a plumber.

Had no water coming into my house.i have a point system and a pump 39 years old..left a message sunday night got a call 8 am on monday meet them at 10 am just needed 2 new parts went and got them replaced and up and running in 1 and half hour..friendly guys and explained what they did left it clean .Will be adding them to my phone for future issues and highly recommending to friends

I have been a homeowner for exactly 3 years and hadn’t had any plumbing issues until recently. We are on a well and septic system and one day we all of a sudden ran out of water in our house and had no idea what happened. We contacted Strong Arm Plumbing to assess the issue and Nick and his helper Colin were both extremely professional. As a new homeowner, you always worry about being taken advantage of by any contractor, however, I did not feel concerned with their integrity whatsoever. When Nick and Colin arrived, they assessed our well system and ran tests. After spending a couple hours trying to figure out our problem, Nick confirmed that our well pump in our well had gone and it wasn’t an actual plumping issue. Even though it took time, him and Colin were able to detect the issue instead of being dishonest and trying to sell us on well system equipment we didn’t need. Nick is extremely professional, attentive, honest, trustworthy, thorough, and I highly recommend him. Glad we found a plumber for our house because we will definitely use him again for all plumbing issues!

Nick came out to my home in Glens Falls on an emergency call recently. He was able to diagnose my waste blockage with a camera snake and repair additional issues with my waste pipes. Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and professional.
