I called Arktik Plumbing to assess a sump pump issue and give me a second quote after another company came out and seemed to have quoted high, and for an unnecessary service. They came out the same day and delivered a reasonable quote. We had the work done within a couple of days . Fast efficient , friendly service!

Jordan was very professional and was on time - even though it was an urgent repair He was able to come out and take care of the problem efficiently. He showed me where the issue was and showed me the broken pieces which gave me a lot of confidence in the work that was done and knowing that the work was done right.

I had an emergency with leaking plumbing after normal work hours & needed help immediately. Cam arrived to the house within half an hour & methodically diagnosed the origin of the problem quickly & repair was completed within an hour. A necessary cut into a wall was done neatly with the least amount of wall damage possible. Considering the callout was after hours & not an easy problem to diagnose the rate was reasonable & well worth it for the speedy response & help I received.
