Poly-B Plumbing Replacement in Langley, BC
We’ve started another full Poly-B (polybutylene) replacement project in a Langley home.
The first step on every job is protecting the client’s home. We install full floor protection and isolate work areas with poly sheeting to help control dust and keep surrounding spaces clean.
Once protected, we open controlled access points in the drywall to expose the existing Poly-B piping system.
Scope of work includes:
• Removal of existing Poly-B water lines
• Installation of new PEX water supply lines
• New shutoff valves at fixtures
• System pressure testing
• Municipal inspection and approval
After the plumbing work is completed and inspected, our restoration team returns to:
• Patch all drywall openings
• Texture match ceilings
• Paint match walls
The goal is a clean, finished result with a modern, reliable plumbing system.
