Yuri from AZ Appliance Repair came to help us with our front load washer, specifically with regard to cleaning out the filter which we were concerned might be full of dog hair. We also had questions about how to best maintain the machine, especially since the Whirpool manual provides little guidance. Yuri was extremely polite and explained how to clean and maintain the filter as well as the door gasket. He took the panels off the washer and gave it a thorough going over to ensure it was in its best working order, and also cleaned the soap dispenser unit and the gasket at the door. He was a delight, forthcoming and extremely well versed in the technical side our washer, telling us issues to be on the lookout for and showing us exactly how to maintain and use the washer. He was patient and gave us a level of service we had not expected. He put it all back together and cleaned the work area, before writing up the cost.
