My review is long over due as Aritt Davis helped us close a deal within 30 days in Feb 2025! We reached out to Aritt in Jan over a FSBO property listed on Facebook Marketplace. Within hours, Aritt responded with details, expert advise, feedback from the sellers and a contract on the way. Aritt went the extra mile to negotiate closing assistance from the sellers.
