Mike came out to install a new water softener & reverse osmosis system in our new build home. He was efficient, friendly, and respectful. He was also educative about the systems, its installation, and maintenance requirements to ensure the longevity of the systems. His work looks very clean while at a fair price. We noticed a drastic and immediate improvement in the quality and taste of our water throughout the home. Would strongly recommend if you are considering either a reverse osmosis or water softener system in your home.

Mike installed a salt free water softener for the entire house. He does a great job explaining how the system works. Mike is also very detailed and organized while installing. He is professional and trustworthy. We will definitely recommend his services to friends and family.

We sent an email to Arisa water requesting an onsite quote for installation of a new Ultima water softener to replace our 11-year-old Ultima installed by the builder when the home was new. Within a day Mike Dutton, owner, called us and set up an onsite appointment that same day. His system review and quote were professional. Mike came out a week later and installed the new water softener. He and his work were outstanding! His installation was 11 on a scale of 10. Mike did a great job installing the system “the right way” and did not mind us watching and asking several questions. Mike even went the extra mile and helped us with some clogged faucet issues in the house unrelated to his installation. We highly recommend Arisa Water and Mike Dutton for a water softener installation. Michael installed our water softener and RO system and a few weeks later also installed a whole house shut off valve. He installed the RO in a way that still gives us some space under e sink. Very knowledgeable and does quality work. I would definitely call him again if needed.

Michael was a fantastic communicator during our research and pre-installation process. He answered my many question any time I called and gave good advice. He sent a text before arriving with an ETA. He should up on time, installed the water softener for the house and installed the Reverse Osmosis system under the sink for super clean drinking water. He also explained the entire operation of the system to myself and my wife. I would highly recommend using Arisa Water for your clean water systems.

Oh boy, for a couple of months our family accountant noticed our water bill was suddenly increasing to over $400 a month...Discovered that we had a broken, leaky water conditioning equipment, delivering untreated water back to our sewer line. This water treatment unit was supposed to be hassle free, designed to improve our home water for 10 years.... Living here since 2018 ....Now when we found out that we were leaking water back into the sewer by the city water provider, we contacted someone that was referred to us - Arisa Water, LLC! An individual named Michael, who was easy on the eyes, came out to assess our situation in the noticed that we were using a system that was not functioning as described. We received valuable education that allowed us to understand the softener system was faulty. Michael made an estimate and recommended a updated unit that was a much more affordable than the $10,000 one we had spent on back in 2018. Aboot a week later, Michael happily returned back to our home and replaced the water treatment system we had, and professionally installed a new one. Great business, customer minded and passionate about the home water treatment solutions they value and stand behind.
