Calling me names on the phone, they market there price as the cheapest but have the highest overage fees that they are sneaky about. I got a 15 ft dumpster, for $275 and wanted to charge me almost $300 for overage no receipts nothing for how she came up with the number, I negotiated and paid $127 for overage. I ordered two more dumpsters I ordered two dumpsters thinking it was a 40ft she claims that she said she didn’t have those and offered 30ft and she said I agreed, I honestly don’t remember her saying that but it might have happened and I misheard what she said, what bothered me from this whole situation that I got a charge that I haven’t authorized, after they picked up the second dumpster. I called and asked why there’s a transaction that I haven’t authorized on my card she said she tried calling but I didn’t answer, there’s no phone logs or voicemails like first time when she called and threatened to put a lean on the house and I was simply questioning the charge and I told her will call her back.
The additional charge is for a dumpster she picked a week earlier and a dumpster she picked today?? She called me same day when I had an overage according to her.
She got pretty angry and called me names while discussing the charge and threatening to charge me extra $500 dollars if I dispute the transaction. And that’s my main concern, there’s no receipt, no explaining of how much she charges, just charging the card and expects no questions.
Just do yourself a favor and have a straight price for your dumpsters. I’m sorry you got this aggravated, but there’s no reason to get angry for a customer questioning a charge especially charging his card without authorization. I’m going to be disputing the charge, please be upfront and make it clearer for people.
