ARD Locksmith

Locked my key in the house. Thought I'd call ARD which would later turn distasterous, this is unacceptable Josh. I could've broken in my place myself. He had the audacity to try to use filler as you can see after breaking in. If you don't have the skillset don't be acting like your a professional. Could've at least reimbursed me. I guess we're not all not meeting the same person.

A huge shoutout to Bailey and her husband (sorry I didn’t catch his name either time the came out) for coming to my house. I have an issue going on with my car and they have came out twice to try and help with my key fob. They arrived in record time and in the nasty weather. Professional, friendly, and will definitely use them again.

Very prompt, friendly service. Made a key and programmed a key fob for my 2003 Accord without any issues. Everything was tested before I left the location and it works excellent. This was the 5th place I called today. Everyone else had to order the key etc. ARD had it in stock and ready to roll!

Cut and programmed 2 keys for my 2007 Honda Civic. Took less than 20 minutes total, both work great, and reasonable cost! Definitely recommend for custom, programmable key service.

Needed them to replace a keyfob. They were quick to respond and very courteous. Ended up finding the fob before they arrived, but would use them again in a heartbeat.

Car key went out and they were here in an hour or less and fixed it less than 30 minutes so grateful I found them and they forever have my business !

The locksmith himself was professional and communicated timing clearly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall customer service from the office was very poor. The team arrived much later than scheduled and charged nearly double the original quote without explanation or confirmation beforehand. While the locksmith did his part well, the rest of the experience reflected extremely disappointing customer service, through no fault of the technician.

Ben came out to my house and the first price was too high. He was patient and worked with me and we finally got to a price I could afford for a new key fob and reprogram. He was nice and the service was fast!
