Wonderful experience. I highly recommend. I called this morning after being turned down by another lab in the area because the test I needed bloodwork for isn’t very common. The sweet lady I spoke with at this location went out of her way to research online, find information about the test & call me back to let me know they’d be happy to do it for me. When I got there (with my two young children) the staff was gracious, kind & very thorough & efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future. Also, bonus…it was super clean & the young man in the back drawing blood did an amazing job! So happy I found them!

The lab tech who took my samples made me feel at ease the entire time. She held a pretty cool conversation with me and when it was time for the ultimate stick, that was also done with ease. She was very professional and I even appreciate some of her suggestions related to our conversation. She is definitely a people person and knows exactly what she is doing…

Super nice people. Cheryl was very kind during my COVID-19 test. Results were back in a few hours. Their system is very easy and no wait. Highly recommend these wonderful folks.

My experience was very positive. The staff was very organized and in time with testing and presenting the results. The staff was also able to include a QR code required by the country we were visiting. Afterwards staff were asked to send us a detailed receipt for reimbursement from our insurance company and they responded within a few minutes. Very happy with ArcPoint SW!

Very attentive, highly professional mobile patient care. Scheduling instructions and directions were super clear. (Used as an individual, lab suggested as an one option To explore by my physician when I was researching after visiting my mom in hospice, she tested positive for Covid day during routine testing after my visit.) By far the best responses from initial inquiry, through follow up reminders and insure services. Highly recommend!!

Very efficient from first phone call throughout the process of obtaining the test while sitting in your vehicle. I have dealt with this site on 7 or 8 occasions setting up employees and family. Each contact and/or visit was quick and easy.

I was needing a Rona test for work and easily schedules a test that day. The staff was on time for my appointment and the process only took 10 min. The tech was very polite and accommodating. I got my results quickly. Thanks.

I tried several other providers whose schedule could not support my schedule, and then found ARCpoint. They allowed me to walk in and have my test the very same afternoon. Results of the test were posted to a private data share point that evening. Highly recommended. These guys are professional!

Great service! Fast and friendly! ARCpoint Labs provides accurate testing for all kinds of stuff. I used them for a hair follicle test that I needed for a court hearing. I was able to use ARCpoint Labs because their testing procedures meet the standards required by the Courts. The test was quick, easy, and done with the upmost professionalism and customer care.
