I am so, so grateful to have found Archer Physical Therapy and my PT, Alex, through a friend who is a doula. I probably wouldn’t have tried pelvic floor therapy without learning that almost EVERY woman in France is offered this after childbirth. It’s that important! I wondered, what am I missing??? I scoped out Alex on the Archer instagram account and liked her demeanor and vibe in the reels, so I got brave and booked an initial appointment online. (So easy!) Alex put me at ease from the start, and she has been a consistent source of encouragement and help in the months we worked together. She knew just how much to challenge me with at-home and exercises so that I never got discouraged with my progress. Alex quickly discovered that I love to learn, so she would offer books and podcasts to help educate me on my healing journey. Pelvic floor therapy with Alex has been more than just getting my body healthy; it has helped me unlock healing in my soul and spirit as well. I cannot recommend Alex enough!

I’ve been working with Alex since December of 2025 and I can’t recommend her enough! Preparing to welcome my second baby to the world and she has helped me build confidence in my choice to go unmedicated this time around. I wish I would have had her with my first! She’s so knowledgeable, makes you feel very comfortable, and an overall delight to be around. I can’t thank Alex enough for giving me the tools to feel strong and confident to bring this baby into the world! Go book her right now!

I can’t say enough good things about Alex. After a really scary and overwhelming postpartum experience, I came in feeling anxious and pretty defeated. From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely safe, heard, and supported. She not only helped me physically, but also gave me so much hope and a positive outlook on my recovery. What I appreciated most is that Alex truly wanted to empower me. She made sure I understood what was going on with my body and helped me feel confident that I could manage my symptoms on my own and not be dependent on PT forever. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring. I’m so grateful I found her and would recommend her to any postpartum mom without hesitation.

My experience with Alex has been incredible. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and skilled. If I could go back in time before working with her, I would’ve skipped going to a regular physical therapy for my pelvic needs. Regular PT may be covered by insurance, but there’s nothing like working with a specialist. It’s worth every penny. I saw more results in three sessions than I did in three months with a regular physical therapist. I finally found my breakthrough!

I've see 5+ pelvic floor PT is in the past 4 years and Alex is by far the best. She is confident, knowledgeable, patient, and has amazing bedside manner. Pelvic floor PT is almost always a bit stressful to talk about - lots of things to cause stress or embarrassment - but Alex completely puts me at ease and removes any awkwardness. She answers all of my questions, is happy to research things, and makes me laugh. I am pregnant with my third and have been having a lot of challenges. Alex has identified issues that bothered me in all of my pregnancies that no one previously caught and is already addressing them. It's very clear that she is passionate about this topic and works hard to stay knowledgeable in it. A lot of this involves visualization which is challenging for me, but she has half a dozen ways to explain everything and leaves me feeling confident instead of frustrated. I will see her for the rest of this pregnancy and post partum as well. Wish I had found her sooner because for once I feel like I have a chance of improving and removing a lot of pain I'm having!

Alex is amazing. I felt so informed and comfortable under her care as well as learned so much! I achieved progress on my pelvic floor recovery post VBAC that I didn’t think was possible, and am able to continue applying the knowledge and recovery tools she taught me even after finishing appointments with her.

I cannot recommend Alex at Archer PT enough! My birth doula required working with a pelvic PT and at first, I didn’t know what that would entail… now I recommend it to EVERYONE. I've been seeing Alex for several years, across two pregnancies, and I can confidently say she has been an absolute lifesaver for both of my births. From relieving and preventing pain to teaching me invaluable techniques, Alex anyways empowers me with actionable strategies that support my birth preferences and ensure a smoother pregnancy overall. There’s a misconception that pregnancy has to be painful, but Alex completely debunks that myth. Her care goes beyond just treating symptoms—she genuinely listens, is fully invested in her patients’ well-being, and creates a comfortable, trusting environment. Alex is an incredible professional and a true gift to anyone lucky enough to work with her. I am so grateful for everything she’s done for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!!

Seeing Dr. Alex during my pregnancy has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my body and my peace of mind. She is warm, deeply knowledgeable, and has a way of explaining everything that makes you feel empowered instead of overwhelmed. I walked out of my very first appointment feeling lighter, more confident, and with tools that actually made a difference the same day. I can’t recommend her enough—especially if you’re pregnant—and I truly suggest booking a few follow-ups so you can keep practicing the skills she so beautifully equips you with. Dr. Alex is the kind of provider every expecting mom deserves!!

I found Dr. Alex during my first postpartum experience. I was having pain I didn’t understand, and she put me right at ease! Her experience, easy to understand explanations, and simple exercises made healing my pelvic floor so much less overwhelming. I came back to her for prenatal work, and I’m feeling so empowered for my upcoming labor! I highly recommend her for whatever season of life you find yourself because she will help you feel SO much better!!

I have been struggling with low back pain for over a year, and I can confidently say that Alex has helped me get my life back. I’m an avid CrossFitter, and before working with her I would be unable to lift for days because of my back pain. After just a short time in her care, my pain has significantly decreased, my c section scar has healed better than I ever expected, and I’m back to lifting completely pain-free. As an Occupational Therapist, I’m very particular about the providers I trust, and Alex’s pelvic PT expertise is truly exceptional. She takes a whole-person approach, explains everything clearly, and tailors treatment in a way that actually works. I’ve seen multiple providers over the past year, but no one has helped me the way Alex has. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pelvic floor issues, postpartum recovery, or chronic low back pain. She’s truly the best.
